Kohl’s is a place where my family and I frequent often. Today, I had an Amazon return. I was waited on by Carlos and he did not provide a customer service friendly environment. He did not greet me as I approached the counter. However, I did initiate the exchange of pleasantries even though the exchange was not initially pleasant. He was extremely rude when telling me I had to separate my orders, even though I packaged them in the order in which Amazon shipped them to me. He asked me how would he put the ticket on the individual items if they were packed in the same bag. I informed him that I packed them in the manner they were delivered to me. Instead of explaining the process, he rudely told me to separate them. If that is the process, I understand. However, there is a way to communicate with customers that do not require a rude, condescending, or insensitive manner. There definitely should be a customer service retooling opportunity presented to Carlos. I am sure that this behavior doesn’t correlate with Kohl’s mission as a corporation. Unfortunately, this is not my first experience with Carlos at the Montgomery East Chase location. It was absolutely ridiculous and simply not warranted.

Go see MIRANDA @ SEPHORA! Her customer service is second to none. She's consistently outstanding. Her attitude is always friendly & inviting. She takes time to answer any questions you have & is quick to recommend products she feels may benefit you. Highly recommend you go & see her.
