My experience at this Labcorp was the best experience! With the help from Konladra and Nokia, they provided the highest standard of care for me throughout the process. I will definitely give them 5 stars.

I went to this location to get testing done. The person working the front desk was EXTREMELY. Rude and condescending. Offering no help whatsoever after I waited 45 minutes after checking in at the kiosk. She told me I couldn’t be seen. After 45 mins of waiting. This is absolutely ridiculous and her rude tone is not customer service friendly whatsoever. The. Proceeded to tell me “well idk if we have your order or not” what?? Ridiculous.

I go to this location every time i need blood work. Self-check in is quick and easy. I never have to wait long. And the workers have always been quick and pleasant. Lisa was great last time i went and made taking my blood a breeze

This has to be the most unprofessional place there is in the city of Montgomery. I have checked in just to drop off a sample. The place I crowded and there is no one at the front desk because they stay in the back out of sight. I have Ben here for 45 minutes waiting to drop off a sample. Ridiculous

Walked in for an employment drug test without an appointment and was out in 15 minutes from parking! Checked in on the tablet, several signs th at are clear with instruction and receptionist was kind as well. Karlonda administered my test and was very thorough! The best location in the Montgomery area!

I like this lab. The check-in is very easy, and you can wait in your car or inside the lab. Usually, they text me in about 15 minutes, depending on how many people got there before me. The lab tech is very friendly and polite, and I get the results in the labcorp app.

Didn't care for Carlonda's attitude. Cutting you off while you're speaking, getting up and slamming the door if someone accidentally left it open. Obnoxious. April and Marnita were kind and courteous. Went above and beyond.

There was nobody at the front desk you could ask questions to. I walked in the bathroom and there was urine and toilet paper in the toilet from the previous patient. I asked if I could flush the toilet because there was a sign that said not to flush. There should be a distinction between patients that are there for drug testing or there for other reasons. The fact I cannot wash my hands and I'm touching a doorknob touched by hands that have also not been sanitized is an infection risk and reportable if not being properly sanitized between patients, which based on the fact there was still urine and toilet paper in the toilet from the previous patient lets me know, it was likely not. The phlebotomist did not let me know what she was about to do before she drew blood. Just poor customer service. I also waited an hour to have my blood drawn.

First time here, just moved to the area.Pros:- smells clean- received fax of lab orders (some places loose the fax and can’t find orders, this place doesn’t seem to have that issue)- easy electronic checkin- ability to wait in the car until appointment time- tv monitor reflects order of labs where you are on the wait list- quiet peaceful wait roomOnly negative:- when doing timed labs I recommend coming earlier as we were taken back 20 mins after scheduled time and arrived 30 minutes earlier before scheduled time, but if you plan accordingly to arrive early or schedule earlier than needed for timed labs it’ll work out fine….(And honestly this is STILL the fastest wait time for labs we’ve ever been to… we’ve had to wait up to 2 hours in other states!)

I went to the facility on Winton Blount Loop on 9/2/23. The whole process was quick and easy, and the technician taking blood was very professional, friendly, and personable. My appointment was for 8:45am, but I was done and out the door before my appointment time.
