I been with y'all for a while now and y'all been very professional. I called a few weeks ago and the lady told me Andaluis was taking care of the Troy area now . The guy that came out to my house. His name was Donald and I couldn't have ask for a better person. He was very professional, friendly and respectful. Give this guy a raise. He deserves it. The customer service rep who delivers my medical equipment is fantastic! He’s a wonderful young man who cares for his clients. He always asks if I’m having any problems with my equipment and definitely explains when I don’t get the number of items I request. Thank you Jamal. Lincare in Montgomery is alot better because of the latest manager. Thank you all.

My mother’s oxygen was ordered by her doctor through Lincare. They told us it would be delivered within 24 hours and we didn’t even hear from them. After the time was up we called to get a status and still had to wait until the next day. 🙄 They didn’t bring the backpack. Stated it wasn’t on the order. Called and had a new order sent over. Was advised it was received but was on back order and she’d be placed on a list. Called 2 additional times for an update and someone was supposed to call back but never did. The third call was advised they didn’t even have an order and we’d have to get one sent over and she’d be put on the list. A hospital bed was requested and we were advised she would have it in 24-48 hours. Again I waited until the time was up and contacted them and was advised it would be the next day. They were very rude. I will see about getting someone else at her appointment tomorrow.

After almost 6 months, two nurse practitioners an OD and a personal health care specialist calling to prescribe for me a walker with a seat on it, I'm still waiting to hear from Lincare after all this time. I spoke with the healthcare professional at the Dr's office. They went back over the paperwork and files and said that prescriptions had been sent in numerous times and the latest time was February 18th per my doctor's office. This is the 11th of March, at least 6 months after the process began and I am still waiting to hear from these people. I'm already in their system with an oxygen concentrator that takes an act of God to get any supplies for. Got a call months ago asking me to return their phone call, I did return the phone call but never heard back from them except them leaving me a message asking me to please contact my doctor's office about getting a refill for the oxygen concentrator. I did, my doctor said they did, so I don't know if that's settled or not, still waiting on cannulas for the concentrator though.
Since that time I have had three major falls. I would highly recommend finding one of the numerous other suppliers in the area as I'm going to ask my doctor to please find me another company that acts in a medically professional manner. If I could I would give this business a negative five stars because a person's health and life is more important than sitting on your butt and not doing your job. Lincare needs to be shut down or get their business back on track. I am highly incensed after having two certified nurse practitioners, a doctor and a personal health care specialist spending 6 months and more to get me something that I desperately needed which my insurance covers and I've had to file the prescription three times, that's right three times. Totally incompetent staff and in my opinion stay away from this business because they are dangerous. I am a witness to Lincare's egregious malpractice. And still no Walker.

I believe the gentleman that brought my mom's medical equipment was Mr Willie. He was super nice. He brought it in and sat it up right away. I would like to thank him for his personal care in making sure mom's equipment met her every need. Thanks again for great service Mr. Willie.

Got to brag on Jayla, we contacted the office because we had a question about my son's Astral 150 and she came to our home and was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and made sure my son was comfortable before she left. We would recommend anyone to work with her for any equipment needs.
