This was my first trip to this Lowe's and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Shout out especially to Dave for helping me at checkout and Willie who works in paint who helped find me a great deal on respirator masks. Truly a great shopping experience.

I waited for 35 minute for recieve my propan gas. Nobody come to outside and ask me about my problem. The cashier had knife in his hand and he was scery in process refund. Anyway, After 35 minute they refunded money to my card and told me MANAGER NOT HERE and we do not have key! nobody tell me excuse me! If you want waste your time, I recommanded this company.

The other company seems to have way more associates floating around for help. But I prefer Lowe's floor plan and how the store flows.

Had a hard time using a gift card I loaded into the Lowe’s app at self-checkout (which was the only option) and an employee came over promptly to walk me through the process! Found everything I needed — their selection of household and commercial housekeeping supplies is impressive.

Waited for them to open at 6 AM. This must be the handicapped, employee of the month because she parked in the very first handicapped parking spot to go to work.

I rented a bissell machine from here that I ended up having issues with, I asked for a refund without the expectation that I would actually get one However, Eli at the returns counter reassured me that my concerns were valid and addressed my issues with his teammate Tiyomby who went out of her way to search up my receipt and assist with the refund and manager Vanessa who acknowledged my discontent and expressed her gratitude of me shopping at Lowe’s. The three of these employees went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer which amplified my great experience here today. I don’t usually shop at Lowe’s but I will definitely be back the Customer service is Top tier 10/10!
