My husband bought a light on clearance and when he got home the lights weren't the right product. So he called and spoke to a very nice man named David who informed him it wouldn't be an issue to return the item or exchange for what we needed. So we drove down and trying to return this item the woman at the customer service refused to help our situation. I mean the light was 17 dollars, no big deal but it's kind of a waste of time for us to have gone down there for nothing. She was just really rude and we said screw it because we just wanted to get out of there. Bad vibes all around.

Went to Montgomery store on Eastern Blvd. Website showed Larson door was searching, and showed this store; so instead order online this close to upcoming holidays decided just drive there. Went to area shown on website, but no door handles of any kind there just doors, walked around, found some handles and locks in 2 different locations. I asked an associate, and she said "that's a great question wonder myself why items online aren't in stores, but website shows they're available in stores as well. Been asked that hundreds of times, we've even addressed at meetings. Know what upper management can't give us define answer neither." I said may be their not interested in change."Can believe that."There you have it folks, if on Lowe's website doesn't mean available. Yawl know they may buy from Amazon too then increase the price because I saw same Larson door assembly on Amazon for few dollars less. Think Amazon had become a good marketplace without going out on a wild goose chase for a common brand named storm door, and Lowe's sells Larson Doors, but not handles ?.

I bought a dryer machine on November 24th. But twice the goods didn't arrive and I couldn't even get it to go. I was left waiting for the salt business to stop and they didn't even answer the phone. I feel like I'm being racially discriminated against. It's too much.

Bought a new refrigerator Black Friday. On Dec 1st was brought a damaged one and refused it. Was told to come pick out a replacement day before delivery due because of out of stock. Was told $300 difference called husband and okayed it in front of associate. Got home checked bank app and was charged over $2500 and refunded first price. Original refrigerator was on app for $2429 full price was on sale for $1294. I canceled and called store. It was basically bait and switch and now my account is drained at Christmas. Bank is filing fraud if it’s not back by 5 days. Worst experience ever.How long does it take for Lowe’s to process a refund from a debit card?

Lowes is a good store to shop in. However, I wish they would do inventory on the items that are on the floor. We were there to buy 5 bags of fertilizer and there was only one bag on the floor. The sales rep had to go and get a forklift to bring down a full pallet of the item we were looking for. Though not a long wait, we had wait for what should have been in customers reach.

Do not even bother with trying to get an appliance here if they don't already have it in the store and you TAKE IT WITH YOU upon leaving, because you will never get it and they will hold your money. 8 ridiculous calls 2 times they said it was ordered, a scheduled delivery and install date and when the installer tried to pick it up it was nowhere to be found. The number you call for help is not even at the store, and if you call the store nobody answers. Waste of time and money.

Do not place an online order at this location. They will take all 3 hours to scan the order. Even if it's already behind the desk. The employees here couldn't care less to do their jobs. No flat carts or any other carts inside.

Heather at the pro desk was phenomenal. She knew exactly what all I needed to rebuild my deck. Renovate my hall bathroom. Replace lighting in my kitchen and also was able to sign me up for a pro rewards account. If you go to lowes I would recommend seeing her at the pro desk.

I called the store five different times consecutively to get in contact with the delivery department for a refrigerator pickup. Each time I was disconnected on transfer and never got a hold of anyone. Needless to say, I will never order another appliance from this store. Awful customer service experience and I will avoid them like the plague for future major purchases.
