Very nice and spacious store! It has good sale prices and the cashier was very friendly and helpful. It’s my first time here, but definitely not my last. I can say it is my new favorite beauty supply store in the city.

I go Here for the wigs. They have a nice selection of everything in the store. I recently found some good edge control gel. I'm super excited about that.

I gave 1 star because the store neatness and cleanliness is beyond immaculate. However there are a few complaints on the stores policy. I purchased the largest size outfit in stock, was the wrong size, brought it back not looking for a refund, didn’t reach any resolution with the staff or store manager. The manager was very dismissive stating he’s following the store’s policy. I’ve only trusted shopping at that store because of word of mouth, not knowing they wouldnt take ANY exchanges or give store credit. It’s not about the money it’s about the fairness and in this particular case it was unfair to be treated as such. If u want your customers to spread a good word about your business then u should allow them to have some wiggle room and make certain adjustments as needed due to a misunderstanding and those can really ruin a business. Also the cashier was pretty nice too, until she seen the manager/owner getting spicy, then her attitude changed. Lead by better example.

Great variety. Helpful staff. Some of the synthetic wigs are overpriced by about $30. They have just about any product you could possibly need. Would recommend and return.

I would give them a 0 if I could I went to this store right before closing got the wrong hair. I came back the next morning of opening just to exchange not get a refund then they say all sales are final I would never never spend another dime in that place beauty and beyond will always get my services they treat their customers fair....

If I could give 0 stars I would. We arrived 10 minutes before closing to find the doors locked and the workers outside conversing!!!Saying they need to count down the drawers!.. who counts down a drawer before the end of the business day?????My grandmother passed away on Wednesday. I really needed to pick up a curling iron before the 10:30am service !When we come to visit Montgomery again.. We will pass this store by?????
