I want to give no stars. For all intents and purposes the Max FCU branch on Maxwell AFB is closed. The sign on the door erroneously states that one has to make an appointment, but the phone number will not allow you to reach that branch or any other branch for an appointment. Basically, no member services are available there. They don't even have an ATM on site. Military and civilian members have to go off base to get any assistance. Pretty crummy.

Taylor was wonderful, and he helped me dispute a charge so quickly and easily. I switched to Max recently because my previous bank was charging monthly fees to both my checking and savings. The customer service is fantastic, and I highly recommend this bank!

The absolute worst bank ever! Not referring to this branch but the whole bank in it’s entirety. They charge overdraft fees for transactions that has not even posted yet. Not to mention if you heck your account in the middle of the night your balance would be incorrect! Some of your transactions won’t be posted! I made a big mistake banking with this company!

Deborah B. assisted me via the Max help line. She is doing the absolute most for Max. What a gem! She has *all* the skills and went above and beyond to help me problem-solve.Branch manager Taylor G. helped me finalize some paperwork. He did an excellent job of walking that fine line between personable and professional.I hope Max realizes how invaluable these two are for their business.Thanks to you both!!!
