My husband is a painter, so where he works changes on a daily basis. Normally, I use the mobile app to order his lunch whenever he doesn't carry any money with him, and he walks in with the order number, and they then prepare his order for pickup. We've done this successfully at other locations, but when he walked into this location, they would not start his order without the actual phone that placed it in hand. It didn't matter that I sent him a screenshot of the order receipt or that he knew the order number, they would not serve him, not even after speaking with management.

Floor too slippery for me being on a cane. Very close to getting sued. Bathroom is filthy and my lady friend did not like her food. It seems like the only place that there were workers was at the register taking your money. Place should be condemned or under better management

2nd McDonald’s I have stopped at to get a caramel Piatto at 6 PM that refuses to make one by claiming the machine is dirty. My question is why is the machine dirty, I really feel like they just don’t want to make the coffee.

Poor customer service inside and outside! I placed 3 orders through drive through they even called the order back to me correctly. I get my orders and everything messed up! And it's really sad they claimed they only had one cook that's sad but at the same time when you work at a fast food chain like that everyone supposed to be on one accord. I don't think they gone ever get it?

Had to wait, fries were hot but my big mac was horrible. Bun was not warmed at all, lettuce was missing and barely any sauce
