We travel a lot, so we have had our experiences with drive-throughs. This McDonald's has got to be the friendliest McDonald's we have ever visited. Even the janitor thanked us for coming! The order was perfect, too. The only person kind of cold was the manager who brought us our meal to the wait line. Everyone else was as friendly as a Chock Fil-A!

As for politeness the staff was great... We forgot to order fries but when we got to the second window and asked if we could add them to the order, we were told no! The food was getting correct, although it took a good while to receive.

Parking lot is full of folks with nowhere else to be. Loud cars competing with each other to see whose engine is the loudest. This includes motorcycles also. Loitering and overall disruptive behavior and an eyesore. Avoid this McDonald's at sundown at least. Order was subpar and incorrectly made. Not a single napkin. Loudspeaker comes on with a pre-recorded cheerful, chipper voice. The actual order taker sounded like a sleepy 'Wednesday' from the Addams Family. Bland, bored and with a monotone voice. Won't be returning here

This McDonald's had no handsantizer the soap in the bathroom was out as well.if you are in a hurry this store is not for you it took more then 15 mins to get my food and not to mention they had stuff on the menu they did not survive.but the food I did get was good

I must admit that this is the worst fast food chain ever! This is the third McDonald's I have gone to trying to get a caramel macchiato or a mocha. I have been told that the machine is being serviced, so I walked in to see and no one was even standing near that machine. Basically this business lies to customers so that they don't have to serve them. This business is sad and therefore has now lost my business. Everyone be careful for this company, they do not care about the customer or properly serving us so take your business elsewhere.

Fries were hot and hard... My kids meals were just thrown in their happy meal box fries were upside down and they didn't even close the chicken nuggets box. It was just thrown in the happy meal box.

Stopped here while passing through on a road trip to take advantage of a McD's app deal for a 99 cents iced coffee. Restrooms were clean, and the staff seemed to take COVID safety measures seriously (wearing masks properly, making sure customers kept a safe distance, sanitizing, etc.). I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. My iced coffee was fine, but tasted a bit old and bitter. But what do you want for less than a buck?

It's an egg mcmuffin. You've made this item for decades. It's bad enough that you stopped bothering to toast the muffin, but now you top that raw muffin with a half raw egg. Not just a little under but clear gelatinous egg white and yolk soaked into the muffin, running off the side. 7:30 in the morning Saturday, only three people in line, no care about quality, no care about food safety. Eating under cooked or raw egg products can expose people to food borne illnesses. "McDonald's Hey We're Lazy And Unsafe Too", not a good logo.

Do not go before 5am. I have been trying to get my order for 40+ minutes. And there was no one to place the order with the first time I went through the drive thru, so I had to go through twice.i got here at 4:30am. Normally my experiences have been good but this is insane. My coworker and I are now late for work.

The staff seemed uninterested in moving the drive thru along or the customers in the front. Considering you aren't allowed to eat inside, you would think the service would've been quicker. I will say that our food was hot when we received it.

We waited 6 minutes in line and received the wrong order and did not realize after we pulled away. The food was terrible the Pepsi filters taste like they have not been changed in weeks. I am very unsatisfied.

Employee insisted this was a chocolate milk shake. Clearly it’s not mixed and the syrup is on the bottom. Top tastes like vanilla. Pitiful experience.

Occasionally gets it right. Fries are usually good, however some of them seem to think that putting the smaller amount in the large container equals a large fry. Coffee is either made too sweet, too milky, or the wrong kind entirely. If you're craving McDonald's and desperate, this location is for you. If you don't want a coin-flip of a chance of getting your order right, try somewhere else.

on several occasions, especially with what is going on now. i pull into the lane to order, no one comes on to pkace my order. people are placing orders in the second lane. i pull around to the second lane and now its the same thing. its its hard to wait 10-20min in each lane to not place an order. people need to get to work and want to get breakfast in a timely manner. the 2 times i have actually just pulled strait to the window, the excuse has been we are having problems outside so sorry. what problems outside? they are only doing drive thru

Prossesed food made by rude people who hate their job is never good. Why did I even try? They have to have a recorded message great you cuz the staff surely isn't going to say anything pleasant. And just wondering can you fry a chicken breast any longer?
