This store Manager Morgan is very unprofessional,instead of trying to resolve the problem she wants to be loud with the paying customer,and wants to be Getto, not hearing what the problem is and her employee tearing the phone up ignoring what the customer has told her about the phone. Her customer service is unacceptable!!!

Maybe it seems that this is only for making payments because I wanted to buy a phone, there was only one that was the same for me, because they didn't have it, it's better to close the store.

The employees are extremely nice you will laugh and you will get an amazing deal. The young lady that was dealing with me was Kayla and the young man that was working with me name was DeAndre and they were an amazing help great customer service skills.

Associate closed the store up at 6:30 pm exact I pulled up she immediately came to the door and locked it and went to the back room never came back I knocked and knocked still nothing more people pulled got out pulled on the door etc again this store doesn't close until 7 pm ...it was really messed up they want our business but do things like this .. Associate was a white woman

Terrible service the employees couldn't care less about helping you everytime someone walks in they act like their inconvenienced. The times I've been in there I've only seen two employees that really tried to help with my questions. And darious has a huge attitude problem please go to a different T-Mobile if you actually want to be helped.

Manager of the store was quite rude. I don't think she knew how to assist me. She was very short with me.And was not very helpful . All previous managersAnd Associates Have always Had excellent customer service. I feel I have nowhere to go nowFor assistance because she did not try to help and I always go to the corporate store. Because of her attitude I'm thinking about changing my service because I no longer have anywhere to go for assistance..I went to another providerAnd had my phone repairedAnd everything she said she couldn't doVerizon did it for free.Sad part is thatMy phone provider is with Metro PC..I have work in customer service for over40 yearsAnd She is not a customer Service person at all

How do you refuse a customer of service for having a picture of there chose in there phone . And states it’s there policy’s to not to serve you due to an picture in your phone that makes them upset. You embarrassed and humiliated a customer on something that was in no control of himself . This person was just getting a sims card for a phone for someone else. Am confused to what type of rules and guidelines this company have in Discrimination toward there customers.And there freedom to advertise as they want.
