Very Rude Disrespectful and don't know what there doing want help you find a phone if you ask for a phone they show on TV that they should have they will tell you they don't have that phone and they never Carrie that phone

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never go back to this location. I have boost mobile and decided to go to this location so that I can switch to metro. I specifically asked the representative if my phone would be compatible with metro service and was told that it was. Well he ported my number over and guess what? My phone wasn’t compatible. STRIKE 1! Ok I understand mistakes happen so I was going to purchase the iPhone 7 so that I could go ahead and switch which the other rep said that it was the only iPhone available. Guess what? No Phone available. STRIKE 2! So the 2nd rep decided to port my number back over to boost mobile. So now I have to pay for boost mobile service because my account was canceled when they ported me to metro in which I had 13 service days left. So basically they screwed me over causing me to be out of more money since I have to pay for boost and then turn around and visit another store so that I can keep my number and switch to metro. GUESS WHAT? The 2nd rep says it’s nothing that they can do because of their screw up !!!!!! The owner of the store was no help either saying that I need to take it up with boost mobile since their charging me to turn service back on.

I was being helped paying my bill. When another customer came in, the clerk stopped helping me and went to the customer after me and proceeded to help her complete her business while I stood there right in front of the clerk for almost 10 minutes. Very poor customer service.
