I wish I could give no stars. First the manager was rude and wouldn’t even give her name . She told my husband to go to another store because he didn’t want a screen protector or case . The promo is for $99 and the service is 65 so why is the total 250 even if it does include an activation fee which it shouldn’t when doing a port in. I called back to ask for the manager name and the associate wouldn’t give it and kept questioning me as to why I wanted her name. I been with metro for years and this is unacceptable.

Y'all I had a horrible experience at a fellow metro pcs location. I explained to Rakell what happened and she was the best thing that could ever happen. She got me exactly what I wanted when I stated my budget and phones I'm looking for. I absolutely loved her customer service. Give Rakell a raise and promotion for that. It literally took her 5 minutes. She got my phone , case , screen protector. I knew what I wanted and she exacuated exactly that. I only want to deal with Rakell on all my future transaction with Tmobile. I wish I could rate the employee and not the business.

I think they just moved. Great looking store. I think this is a corporate store. I got a free phone. Young lady had great customer service. Definitely coming back.
