Midstate Medical Services was the best DME store for medical supplies. The staff was super friendly and professional and they go out of their way to help find what you need. They work with insurance and have lots of product choices, competitive pricing and fast replacement items. Customers can get a knee scooter and lift recliner fixed and other items and keep a local business open. Every employee was nice and the place work with you to please customers. The friendly staff keep the business a customer for life.

We had to get a knee scooter for our daughter through our insurance. This is the only place that would work with us. You can tell they want to please their customers. Every single employee I encountered was nice and professional. Will use them again if needed and would recommend to friends/family.
