Car repainted ( under Toyota warranty) and had a dent removed. There were some hiccups, but the manager James was incredibly understanding and helpful in resolving all issues. All other staff that I dealt with (Haley and Joshua) were equally as helpful and kind.

Great experience with Toyota of Montgomery. Jim, James, and josh did great work in getting my vehicle repaired. They were friendly, professsional, quick, and made dealing with the insurance process as easy as possible. Will definitely be back. Did great work on my vehicle!!

As the old saying goes, "anything that can go wrong, will go wrong" and that's how my day started. After purchasing a large item from a home improvement store, I pressed the button to open the back hatch of my Toyota RAV4 and it would not open. After several attempts, I gave up and managed to get the item inside through the back door. I was panicked because I would need the truck to transport items to an event I was decorating this weekend and also, help my son move to his new apartment. I already had this problem repaired at the dealership 3 weeks ago right before another event so I took my vehicle back there. They recommended I take it to Reinhardt Collision Center after their diagnosis of an alignment problem. I had no idea if they could see me today, let alone fix the problem but I went there anyway, hopeful. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the warm, smiling face of one of the office assistants. I explained my dilemma and she sought out one of the technicians to help me. It was just after noon so they were on their lunch break but one gentleman came to assist me anyway. Before I knew it, there were three men who together came up with a solution that repaired my vehicle in a matter of minutes! I was overwhelmed by their willingness to assist me and thankful for their expertise. It nice to know that excellent customer service still exists. I would definitely recommend Reinhardt Collision Center for your body shop and repair needs.A grateful patron,Patrice Anderson

Rude secretary, missed scratches, long delays, missed snapping back plastic components. Manager was friendly and worked with me on backordered parts. Seemingly quality technical work. Excellent detailing after the work was finished.

I was advised by my local body shop of a paint recall on my vehicle; I was told I'd need to take it to Reinhardt Body Shop to complete the warranty work, which is about an hour and a half from my house. After waiting 2 months for an appointment due to a backlog of close to 1,000 vehicles, I finally got in.The first shop manager I dealt with, Russell, was really great about keeping in touch regarding my vehicle status and helped me navigate and resolve some issues that came up during the repair process. When I hadn't heard from him in three weeks, I called and spoke with someone who advised me he had quit two weeks prior. This new shop manager assured me he would keep in touch regarding my vehicle, but that it was "95% complete". I called a few days later, and spoke to Danny, who advised me that THAT shop manager had also quit without notice; he also advised me that the main paint tech had been out with an injury, and one other staff member had been out due to emergency surgery. Danny told me my vehicle had in fact been ready for a week, and apologized that the previous shop manager had not only not told me, but lied to me and said my car was not ready.Danny was very professional and helpful, and told me if there were any issues to please give them a call. Most companies tell you that, but then there is no follow-through; as I drove my vehicle over the next couple of days, I started noticing things wrong with it. I called on a Friday, and got an appointment the following Monday. Danny took the time to come look at my vehicle himself and troubleshoot the issues that had come up as a result of the repair and reassembly process. He then contacted the Reinhardt Service center, and arranged to have the parts ordered and replaced as part of my warranty project.My car was in the shop for over 3 months, but this was not the fault of any of the repair techs or the current management; Danny is doing an excellent job trying to get the shop straightened out and pick up the pieces left behind when he took over. Considering that they have processed about 600 paint recall claims, in addition to any regular/non-warranty body work, they are doing a great job.Services: Painting

They did a very nice job interacting with the insurance company to ensure that my vehicle was repaired as it should be...with OEM/Toyota Approved parts. Brought my car here and I am an up and coming college student and I leave very soon. They have had my car for two weeks to replace a back bumper and two sensors. They did not deliver on time like they said they would and now I have to cancel a trip. I move soon and won’t even know if I will have my car on time to move. Staff has no clue what’s going on, every time I would call I would get the runaround. I’d either get a completely different answer or be put on hold for so long their own staff would forget I was on hold. I had three people tell me three completely different things on the status of my car. In the span of ten minutes.

I usually don’t have a issue coming here, but on October 6th for an estimate & they were supposed to send a supplement into my insurance so that work could be done. I waited a week or two then called to check to see had it been done the girl at the desk took the message & I never received a call back. Made a second call that next week and yet again the same thing happened. Called a third time & she said she would have her manager call me back, obviously that didn’t happen. It’s headed towards a month of me driving around with a raggedy trunk that barely closes & a messed up muffler. Highly disappointed!!!

Brought a 22 Corolla that had been scraped in back quarter panel by a drunk while my wife was in the store. Took them 3 months when I picked up the car I was informed they had an upset employee who quit on my car which is why it took so long.. Sadly they did not check it out before driving it to the front. Paint dust everywhere, bolts, chipped paint work, loose headlight, ignition scratched, door panel loose. My wife’s brand old car..
