Best practice in Montgomery. I see Dr Elrod. I have never had a long wait or other problem. Once he comes into the room, he gives me his undivided attention. He seems to be genuinely concerned about my health and wellbeing.I strongly recommend this practice to anyone that is looking for a new medical clinic.

I had my new patient appointment yesterday with Dr. Burkett, everyone was amazing! Jenelle was awesome. You could tell she really enjoys her job. The girls in the lab, front desk, & scheduling were so friendly & helpful as well. Dr. Burkett was very thorough & really listened, I never felt rushed once. Glad I chose this group! Thanks for all you do!

Very positive.Very little wait time in lobby and in exam room before seeing doctor.The doctor listened to my concerns and responded accordingly.

Dr. Moore let me down when I had a back problems he would not complete my paperwork for me to be off for therapy knowing that I could not go back to work with a lumbar injury terrible Dr. would not recommend at all

Just want to provide a review for Dr. Daniel Moore who has been my primary care doctor for about 30 yrs. I appreciate his knowledge and thoroughness to help his patients to have great outcomes but at the same time listen and respect the patient's opinions. The practice has its onsite lab and often you get your results back within a couple of days. I find the staff to be friendly and professional. I would recommend Dr. Moore to anyone who can get him as your doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr Elrod for a little over 10 years now. I can honestly say I have not encountered any problems during this time. I’ve only had to be seen by one of the other doctors in the practice due to Dr Elrod being on vacation & I needed to be seen. It’s been so long I can’t remember which doctor it was but the visit was no different from seeing Dr Elrod, in other words he listened, was thorough, professional and got me back to feeling better. The lobby wait time is minimal, in my opinion (10-15 minutes). Once you’re in the patient room, the wait time there is approximately another 10-15. Doctor/patient time is dependent upon your reason for being there. I’m usually in & out in less than 1 hour! There hasn’t been a time when I needed to be seen that I couldn’t get an appointment to see my doctor. This is just one of the reasons I love this practice. Dr. Elrod & his nurse, Mrs Pat are the best.

I saw Dr. Burkett, the new doctor who recently joined this practice and found him to be intelligent and thoughtful in his review of my medical condition. He completed a rigorous residency combining Medicine and Pediatrics and has 6 years (I think) of experience as a hospital internist, so is well equipped to take care of anything. Furthermore he is gentle mannered and kind. I take it as a stroke of good fortune to be under his care and highly recommend him to the city of Montgomery. He is accepting new patients ages 12 to 55.

Their process to get accepted as a patient is ridiculous. Just a lot of ways for them to deny you for whatever reason. After reading the other reviews I am betting on it being due to age.

As a former employee and remaining patient, I can honestly say the doctors, nurses and MA's are thorough, caring, and wonderful.

Wow , I guess I am not the only one getting poor service. I had not made a appointment but I guess it was one of those yearly or 6 month that was made. I was not texted or called about it. They charged me $50 for missing the appointment. I called to explain that my dentist will text me and call and get a verbal yes on coming and even my Vet calls the day before to get a yes or no if your coming with cat. I have never seen a office just up and charge you for missing a appointment. When I called to talk to someone the first person hung up on me . Then the second one was just snooty. WOW WOW customer service is going down the drain. Dr. Mathis was always good but if he believes in charging me for missing a appointment then I guess I need to be finding another Dr office . Your not the only Dr office that is around here. The lady said everyone charges I said well they must do a lot better job at notifying there patients of appointments because I have never been charged in my life. Terrible way to do your customers. Good luck to your office on getting $50 from me.

DON'T DO IT!!!! I was hospitalized on 3/12/2021 with a stroke and when I called to notify my physician of my situation, I was told by the nurse that he would call me back within 2 weeks. Needless to say, I NEVER got that callback from Dr. Moore and I quickly found me a new doctor with no regrets. Heard from the practice for the first time today via email (8/5/2022) which prompted this review.

First I would like to start off by saying I have absolutely nothing against Dr. Elrod. However this clinic is an organized mess that lacks compassion. Information is not conveyed tto the Physician correctly. Dr. Elrod‘s MA, Patricia I believe to be her name because she never introduced herself on multiple visits stating who she is she just tells you follow me rude pass rude past unprofessional. They don’t believe in follow ups, every time upon leaving I’ll let the person that collect the paperwork know I need to follow up. I’m told they will follow up with you and when I talk to the staff or to the so-called nurses I’m told that’s your responsibility. I have been told ,they do not do PAs which is prior approval for highly expensive medication, they do not call you to let you know what your lab results are in. Been told it my business to learn the portal and look it up yourself. Now take in mine I am a RN 30 years and my Guy is a MD 35+ years.I was lucky to be blessed to find a physician the same day that I went into their office with chest pains and was told by Patricia I was only there for lab’s. When I left I received a call to please come back . Maybe what they need to do is reevaluate their staff so that simpletons do not diminish or The reputation of their physicians. Will be telling my story to everyone and any one that will listen.
