On August 18th I purchased a full tank of gas from this establishment. My car was on empty and I purchased 16 gallons. 30 minutes after filling up, my car died on the hwy. Car was towed to Lee's auto in wetumpka. They shared with me that my car had contaminated gasoline and that I needed expensive repairs and was advised to go to the dealership. So I went to the Kia dealership and my car required 1,502 dollars worth of repairs for damages directly caused by the contaminated gas. So I had two different mechanics look at my vehicle and both stated there was water in the gasoline, and the repairs I needed were only needed because of that gasoline. I have all this in writing, by the way.
I filed a claim with Murphys. It has now been over 1 month, and I was told my claim was denied, because there were no other reports of contaminated gas that day.
Maybe that is so, but I have two different mechanics both stating the cause of the damage was the gasoline sold to me by Murphy's.
I am highly disappointed in Murphy's incompetence to make things right and cover the repair costs I incurred due to their contaminated product.
Stay far away from Murphy's gas stations!! they won't make things right! they care more about money than you!!

Wrong prices in the boards and they won’t give you the price the advertise. Ladies at the counter don’t care. Charged $3.49 for advertised $3.29. Murthy’s customer service also doesn’t care.
