I visited this location often but today (Tanesha) the cashier was by far the rudest cashier I've ever encountered especially at this location! To treat the customers so rude and nasty, she should not be dealing with the public at ALL!! Horrible customer service... making the store look horrible!! I'm waiting on corporate to contact me back ASAP!

Dang y'all got open on the Internet but close when you get there what type of establishment is this y'all need to fired who ever that was on the eastern Blvd Montgomery al Late opened up and when I got in there refusing to sale me cigarettes being rude I will be calling this am at 8am on the dot

Every time I stop to get gas here, I always have to go inside. I never have an issue paying at the pump at any other Murphys. It's something not right about this gas station. Also, customer service is piss poor!!!

Southern hospitality is a myth.
None of the card readers worked at the diesel pump, so I had to go in to prepay. The lady at the register was so rude.
No matter how nice and friendly I tried to be, she just became more rude, and sarcastic. I will never stop at this location again.
Also, if the bathroom is for employee use only, then just take the damned ? sign off the door, or hire less lazy employees.

The employee keeps his personal car (red cobalt ) every day near the gas pump, thus creating inconvenience for customers waiting in line. This is very unprofessional.

Visit was very badYoung lady at register was rude on the phone and did not allow me to enter phone number...aI asked her to allow me she slapped her finger on the phone unit and said put it in very rudely .put it on ..No name tag ..had short hair in a ponytail..two other workers were in the store stocking..only one cashier with a long line ...customers were complaining
