I’ve been to Capital Nails multiple times. My first visit went really well — Hanna was friendly, and I felt comfortable with the service. However, my second visit felt extremely rushed, and the quality of my nails reflected that. I called as soon as I got home, and the owner invited me back the next day to have them corrected. I appreciated that, and the end result looked great.
Unfortunately, the same issue happened again during my most recent visit. I found myself having to constantly point out areas that were missed or poorly done. I expect quality work and want to feel that the service matches the price I’m paying.
Before leaving, I went back in to express my concerns, only to be told there was nothing else they could do and that I could choose someone else. That response was disappointing and made it clear that customer satisfaction isn’t a priority.
For that reason, I won’t be returning.

I stopped in today coming thru town and this place was amazing very relaxing quiet place the guy who did my feet did and amazing job. Being that I have been working so much and finally had a minute to get my feet done I truly enjoyed it I would highly recommended these guys great job

My wife is a regular star customer at this location and has always left excellent tips. Today she came in to get her feet done, and they increased the price for no reason. This is bad business, and my wife will never return to this location again. I would not recommend this nail shop because of shady business practices.

Have come here numerous times but never had the experience I did today . Came for a quick polish change & the guy servicing me who I believe name is Daniel was very rude especially after I told him I didn’t want a fill only change of polish simply because I didn’t have time. The original work wasn’t from this salon & he kept making comments about that as well. During the process he stated I touched my clothes & messed up the gel somehow & he didn’t bother to correct it properly, I didn’t notice until I left that the polish job was horrible . I’ll take my losses w/ this one & just won’t come back . Horrible customer service . Oh & I was charged $35 for a gel polish change , french tip.

Ben is awesome! He is very gentle with your feet. He is a miracle worker. My feet looked like a million dollars after he was done because they were not cute when I arrived to the shop. lol. Great staff, as well. Everyone is so nice & friendly. They make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend going there!!!!!

I'm a new customer and I drove from Selma to give this place a try. My nail tech was Hannah. She is the sweetest and she takes her time to make sure your nails are to your liking. It was raining when I came in the manager was so sweet he greeted me with a towel and even helped me wipe the rain off me,! When I tell you this nail shop is so beautiful and clean. The other clients were laughing with their nail tech getting their nails done..it was an over all GREAT exspirece. Ladies and Gentlemen if your in the area just give them ONE try and I reassure you this will be your new nail shop :) Thanks again for a wonderful experience!

It was costly. I got a fill-in, and a nail cut down, which was $50. At my original nail shop, this would’ve been $35. I am not sure why their prices are so high. It was a friendly atmosphere, and they were clean, though.

They usually do such a great job on nails and waxing but this was it for me. I came in asking for an eyebrow wax, someone that I don't usually see waxing told me to take a seat to wait. After 25mins I see that she comes to the back and it looks like she's organizing something where the wax is. Keep in mind she was doing someone else's nails when I came in and didn't see her wash her hands. I look back at my phone and when I look up, she's waiting for me with wax on a stick. I quickly ask if she's going to wax me and she just said yes. I then said ok but asked her to not leave them too thin and not to take from the middle of my brows. She brushed me off with a quick "yeah yeah, just a lineup". So she placed the wax on the bottom of my eyebrow and I feel her sit the strip on top and out of nowhere just ripped it off, it hurt so much I thought she ripped my skin off! I let her know that it was painful and again she brushed me off. I didn't feel so much pain after that so I let her continue. I start feeling her pluck a little too much from one of my brows and take quite a bit from the middle. I started to panic and she finished quite quickly. I was expecting something bad, but not this bad. My eyebrows were SO uneven and terrible. I gasped and told her she'd taken too much. She kept saying no and that they were fine. I sat there for five mins with the mirror to my face just processing and eventually got up. My forehead felt so hot and my eyebrows itched. She ignored my comments at the front and proceeded to check me out. I told her that I was extremely unhappy with them because they were so terrible. She insisted I was wrong and as I was talking she pulled a tube of Neosporin and shoved her finger to my forehead saying it was "just a little red" but they looked fine. I backed up and told her she didn't have to touch me like that and she got upset and told me to just go and leave. I did in fact leave, but I was so upset because you can't fix over-waxed eyebrows! I'm disappointed about the way she treated me and how I don't know who to contact about what she did. My eyebrows look so bad I can't even believe it.

I literally would not recommend them. They do decent work but I ask them how much is it for a basic full set. I was told. $50, then when it’s time to pay it goes from $50, to $55, to then $65. Honestly the work done to me isn’t worth $65, and I will not be coming back.Services: Nail extensions
