10/10 experience was great! Very organized and operated perfectly. WAN the front desk assistant was pretty everywhere and she did it with a smile on her face. And my technician Tony, was Amazing! For this being my first time, I will most definitely be returning. Not to mention, the price was reasonable! They will have a forever client with me. If you’re looking for a nice nail salon. Give them a try and tell them I sent you ❤️

I was recommended to this nail salon by a coworker. I decided to try them out and I am glad I did. My experience was great 10/10 very nice and clean atmosphere. I was greeted with a smiling face asking how can I help you. I told the lady that I was referred to them and that I wanted to get my nails done. She assisted me and referred me to a technician. The technician name was Tony, he did a wonderful job with my nails. I was asked if I would like gel or regular polish and also offered something to drink. The salon was clean and operated in order. It also had a pleasant smell and it’s a two sided salon whereas there’s a side for pedicures and a side for nails. I will most definitely be returning, they can consider me a forever client. And not to mention, the price was reasonable 🙂 so if you’re looking for a nice place to get your nails done, try them out and tell them I sent you ♥️

I love this place! They have a great team but I usually get Rocky for pedicures.You feel like the only person getting catered to no matter how busy it is. It's my new spot.

I've been going to this nail salon for over 15 years. There are a select few nail techs that I will go to. The quality of the services (pedicure and overlay) are decent, depending on who you go to. I received a pedicure from another nail salon because I had a gift certificate. I had a TERRIBLE experience at the nail salon I had a gift certificate to, and did not want to return. Plus it was out of my way. I went to Nail City 1 attempting to get my pinky toe fixed and they would not help me, and turned me away. I was so disappointed. Not only am I frequent customer, I pay for my services and tip extremely well. This was very disappointing.

I've been coming to this place for a while and I only deal with mimi, she was out sick today(5-7-25) so I took a chance on someone else(Sophia), well i was surely disappointed 😞, I told her the water was too hot(scalding), she never asked how is the water, when i told her it was too hot, her response was i know!, she was very rough with my feet, i had a dress on, she puts a towel over my lap after she's done with the pedicure, it's too late now, she never asked if I wanted water or soda, she just chose water, she didn't put the toe separators on nor did she put the slippers on or my shoes back on to walk to the dryer, my feet were still wet and I could've easily slipped. When I went to pay and told the manager of what occurred, his response was to get a better person(mimi), call back and make an appointment with her, stated he would talk to the worker(lies), he couldn't even look me in the face and kept trying to overtalk me when I told him no customer should be treated this way, especially when they're paying for services to be done. After today, I won't step foot in Nail City I again and I hate that because Mimi does a great job but after the manager apparently showed how he didn't care what I had to say, I'll just take my business and spend my money elsewhere.
