Usually I would keep my rating high. But I am very pissed off at there customer service. I brought a desk about two months. Not knowing that it had many pieces to put together. That is a total rip off. I couldn't get a discount on the product. I encourage customers to buy desks from another company. I will probably I have to pay just as much to have the desk assembled. They don't value their customers. I don't value them now.

I entered the store at 7:30 PM to make copies. After struggling to get the machine out of sleep mode i thought, I finally got the associate’s attention, who was on his phone. I was then informed that the copy machine is supposedly shut down 30 minutes before closing, which makes no sense.

First and far most, I was greeted with a smile and a wealth of knowledge by Theresa. The service rendered by her was just outstanding. She provided quick but quality services. The quality of the product received was beyond my expectations. I really appreciate the services rendered by Theresa. Thank you for having such trained personnel as Theresa.

Dirty and dusty and rude workers!! Had placed an online order for printing services with confirmation and card was charged but when we brought it to the store the worker said they didn’t have it because there was a hold and was not helpful. So rude and didn’t even try to help just shoved a paper at us and said “call this 1800 number”
