Justin the store manager does not know how to drive sales. I always get 2-3 super cash coupons on every purchase. I don’t get why they are limiting to one per purchase because it would give them more sales if they distribute more super cash to more people. When I asked him why, he did not had an answer and kept repeating “one per purchase and we never do that” I don’t think it is a rule or should be any store rule, it should be a manager’s decision. Zero stars on customer service and decision making.

Arrived at old navy @730/735 they were closed. Not only am I 8 months pregnant but I drove 35 minutes to get there on time. A bunch of children stood around watching me knock then when I went to my car one of the girls opened the door to throw her drink out. Very rude. Very unprofessional.

I arrived at Old Navy at 6 o’clock on Sunday, July 28, and they were closed early. I asked someone who was locking the door on his way out why they were closing and he said we just closed early at 6. I responded I see that but why. And he said we just closed early.

This place is always clean and full of friendly staff. Customer service is absolutely on point. They have absolutely everything you need for children. Teenagers and older adults. This is a must go to place.
