On June 19th, went to O'Reilly to get my car diagnostic code. The guy said to go to my car and turn the car on. I did. He came to my car. I asked him did he need for me to open my hood. He didn't respond. He just plugged his machine to my car. When he finished he said that he was going to print it out. I followed him back to the store. He pulled the paper from the printer, swung it then told me that it was mixed liquids. I went to Express oil with mixed up diagnostics. I got an oil change thinking that I didn't have enough fluids in my car but he was speaking more of the motor and transmission. If he only took time to explain the code. He could have been a bit kinder. From the time he waited on me, he never looked up at me.

As I was passing by, I suddenly found that my headlights were broken. So I stopped by here, bought a headlight, and asked for a replacement.However, I was unfriendly, saying that the service was not available.I already knew that other places were replacing in the same situation, and I felt pretty bad because it was already service money included in the price.I felt like I was ignoring it because I'm a foreigner, and I don't want to go here again.Also, I would like to tell you never to go here.In conclusion, a kind white man who was watching from the side took over.Problems such as headlights are dangerous and can lead to police problems, which are very rude and rude to customers here at car parts stores.If possible, I would like to file a complaint with the headquarters.I've paid enough, and I'm a client, and I'm a hard-working, tax-paying American lawyer, so I feel pretty bad.You have to respect me. Racism is not right.DEAR ABBY: I will remember a female black employee and an elderly male African-American employee. They should apologize to me. It is not the right attitude to work that way.I am quite disappointed with your service.Just be clear about that. Goodbye.

Pretty nice staff. I told the lady at the counter I needed new windshield wiper blades for my car but didn't know which ones. So, she booted up the store catalog and asked me the make and model of my car. Once she had that, she found which blades I needed and brought them from the back. After spending a while outside trying to figure out how to install the blades myself, another worker came out to see if I needed help. By then, I had basically figured out how to replace the blades, but he was still kind enough to check behind me to make sure I had them tight on there. He also reminded me to try the new ones out before throwing my old ones away and leaving the store. Not many businesses would do that, so I greatly appreciated it!

In and out; Needed a welcome to O'Reilly or good afternoon from staff. But they were focus on what they were doing and nit the customer walking in.

Let's start with the photo. Two employees around with a customer sitting on the counter and nothing was said as if it was the norm. Next, the employee Avery attempted to lock the door before the designated time of closing. Once I was allowed entry, I walked around looking for a specific part that I needed. Upon going to the counter to check out, the employee Avery scanned my item and proceeded to tell me the amount without asking me for my phone number regarding my warranty information. I then had to inform him on what to do. The other employee, Michele, was no better. The customer service from this location was terrible at best and completely aweful. I'm not sure what O'Reilly standards are, but clearly, these workers failed hands down.
