Wasn't greeted with a smile but a very mean stare of what you want & why are you bothering me by a guy representative. Luckily for your company, my family & I own businesses & know that a rude employee can not be what a company stands for. The employee was not happy because my husband was on the phone with me & the employee had to look up some items & walk from behind the desk & get off his cell phone to do so. He mentioned why my husband didn't just come to O'Reilly which was very rude since I am the customer standing in front of him and irrelevant. He said nobody likes to do nothing anymore. Felt like his bad day came directly out on me. A lady representative was more kind & assisted us better. There needs to be some customer service etiquette classes taught for your company. We still decided to purchase our item from your business in spite of your employee's rudeness.

Didn’t have exactly what I was looking for for an older truck but the guy at the counter was very nice and suggested a place that had exactly what I needed. Would highly recommend for parts and information.

Friendly place not too bad. A price I tried to put the stuff in my car myself although it didn't work. I believe I need another piece to put this in my car. Maybe I'll be back O'reilly's. Thanks for doing all you could for me and I appreciate it. Thank you again. Have a great day.

The manager was very rude. He had me make a separated order instead of providing a kit comparable to the warranty of my parts. I spent way more money and time, from now on I will just order online because at least that way I can get the correct parts!! My experience was horrible, I do better at Autozone.
