Cute as a button, neat as a pin, and neighbors as quiet as a mouse! Great employees, superior lawn and maintenance team! Spacious exercise room with glass wall view of the sparkling, beautiful pool! Pretty pond and winding sidewalks for attractive short walking paths! Very attractive floor plans with generous indoor storage areas! Convenient to shopping , movies, and restaurants! I feel this is a safe gated community! Thanks to everybody!

I lived n Peppertree since 2023 -2025 my apartment was broken n around January 2025, they have new owners ,the peoples at the front office was very unprofessional, they told me Peppertree ain’t have no corporate number they had to email the owner..I never received corporate number I had to pay $415 for a window that somebody broke out of my apartment because they broken in my apartment … I called Montgomery Police Department. The lady at the front office, Ms Sherry had told me in the beginning they ain’t have no cameras and then she gonna tell me they got cameras, but I have to have Court orders to review the camera see who broke in my apartment, The maintenance man that used to be out there was calling my cell phone private then , started calling straight through. When my apartment got broken in, I asked her can I move into another apartment because i didn’t feel safe ,she told me that she had to email the owner, but the owner never got back with her. I was never late on my rent. then she told me I had to start my lease all over again, just to move in another apartment, they got a young girl in the office now that don’t know nothing , Ms sherry was telling her things to say to me on the phone I moved out in June. Ms Sherry is no longer there. like the police said somebody had a key that went in my apartment, in the rent is so high out there…when I moved out, no one never did a walk-through with me. She act like she never got my 60 day notice… every week we had new maintenance men’s , then they start charging $10 for the pool smh

I toured Peppertree and was impressed by both the property and the staff. The community is well-kept, and the office team was courteous, attentive, and focused on creating a positive experience.

This place has gone down hill drastically! I would not recommend to anyone. Maintenance is a joke. Apartment has been without air off & on since June. They keep ordering parts that don’t fix it & it takes a week for the parts to come in. Once again we’ve been without air all week forcing us costly motel stays again & no break offered on the rent for the weeks we’ve been without. They did offer a piece of crap portable unit that blows hot air. Just called to check on the part & was told it came today but they aren’t sure if they’ll have time to fix it today. So that means no air until at least next week since it’s Friday. No manager on site to speak to. Can’t find a new place fast enough!

The apartment was out of AC after the first day of moving in, I was told by Sherri that she would put a in a window unit in as if, I was in a trailer park. Forcing me to move into a hotel for a week because it was During the hot summer in Alabama. . To make things even worse, the toilet on the inside was rusted out & painted over & kept over overflowing Into the kitchen ,& bedroom& bathroom & closet !! I had to call Sherri to ask her to clean the carpets !!! Forcing me again to clean up toilet water for two weeks and then finally exhausted. I moved out into a hotel again. Finally- letting me out of my lease . PROMISING me that she would Count the days that I stayed there for that month and, only charge me for those and ,give me my deposit back but , will not . And when will your maintenance man quit blinking !! My God , so glad this nightmare is over !!
I’m sure you’ll be section 8 before long!!

I've only been here a week, so I will update if anything changes or what the move out process is like.
As far as being an applicant, Ms. Sherri and her assistant were wonderful. Sherri goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to give you a virtual tour if you can't make it in person. The application process is easy as well and very straightforward.
As far as moving in as a new resident, Sherri and her assistant go above and beyond to make sure you understand the rules, procedures, and move in forms.
I've had a few minor maintenance issues that one can notice moving into a new unit and, once again, Peppertree goes above and beyond. I'd specifically ask for Jason to solve any issue, as he has been a tremendous help at every step.
While the staff have been wonderful and just about everything you could ask for in an apartment complex, I only note one negative so far about living at Peppertree. The walls or flooring seem a little thin. I notice my neighbor has yet to change their smoke detector battery 😂. I sometimes hear some talking and conversations as if I were in the other room, so it seems that's a bit of a luck of the draw regarding neighbors. Mine have been great, relatively quiet, and seemingly gone most of the time, but consider that if you're thinking of moving here.
Overall regarding everything that's been said, Peppertree is a 9/10 for me boosted by friendly staff, responsive maintenance, seemingly courteous neighbors, and a great location in terms of distance to downtown and personal safety.

It's a quiet place, but the walls are thin. I've been here for a month or two now. My main issue is how complexes expect rent to be paid on time, yet you often have to repeatedly ask for things you need. Aside from that, it's a decent place to live temporarily. I asked for things, but now I just gotten to the point to where I stopped.
