“Great prices, I do wish they could put a stop sign from Sam's Club going to the gas station area and one coming off the street, making it a 3-way stop. The area can get jammed and dangerous when older drivers try to cross.”

“I stopped by on Monday to pick up an order. I had a second order scheduled to be picked up three hours later. I asked the associate Indiria if my second order was ready to be picked up. She checked and said that it wasn't. Bummer. To my amazement and great joy, she said that it was just five items and if I was willing to wait, she would go back inside and pull my order, so that I didn't have to make a second trip back to pick it up. I wanted to hug her and jump for joy. I loaded my first order into my car and waited. A few minutes Indiria returned with my second order. I was so thankful for her kindness and helpfulness. “This is one of my favorite stores in Montgomery. We go here about once a week to get groceries and things we like to find along the way. So much to chose from at good prices. I find stuff all the time and look up the price and sure enough it's marked down a good bit lower. The return policy and warranty can't be beat anywhere. I have had to take back a few things and with no problem at all. The staff is always polite "mostly". To buy in bulk and save a good bit of money this is the place.”

“Filled prescriptions very quickly after they were sent in. Unlike CVS and Walgreens, they actually answered my phone call instead of automatically putting me on hold, in a queue behind at least 3 other phone callers waiting on hold, when I called to ask about the availability of a hard-to-find medication. Furthermore, they also had my prescribed medication in stock; CVS, Walgreens, and 2 other locally-owned pharmacies had all told me that the medication was not in stock AND that the were not even able to order it.”

I did, and it installed unwanted software on my phone, completely rearranged the icons on my screens, wiped out customization on my app layout, then kept trying to sell me various things, including a $49 per month movie subscription. DO NOT download ANYTHING from the CVS computer terminal.”

“The staff is very helpful. HR needs to employ more people to work. I feel sorry for the staff that has been there for a long time. They are always short handed. Give them a raise because they are over worked and under paid. They can't keep faithful and good people. CVS don't know how to keep good and knowledgeable staff personnel a this location. I use to love the service that I was getting but not anymore. The pharmacy needs help badly. I'm trying not change location because it's very convenient and I have always been a loyal customer for 20 years or more. No more bragging about them now.”
