If I could give 0 stars I would the new worker in there that started this year is terrible with managing a work environment. She never knows where delivered packages are and always has excuses to why she can’t efficiently do her job. She threatened me and yelled at me numerous times. Do not get a virtual address with postnet on Vaughn road.

Horrible Customer Service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone get an Ipostal virtual mail account from this location. There is one person that works there and she is not able to manage the business. Horrible experience.

Rude. Made a 1PM appointment, arrived on time to a sign saying they’d be back at 1:30. At 1:50, someone came from the back of the store and opened the door. No apologies or anything of the like, when I told them I had an appointment. They asked for my name, confirmed and rudely acknowledged it. Apparently I was an inconvenience for being there.

The phone number goes directly to non-voicemail. I received a package in AZ from my elderly dad in AL from this place today and it was a 50 year old ceramic music box, that was broken upon arrival. I get they can’t fix it, but the lack of accessibility and it was two days late, oh and the card inside was bent up. We could have resolved this on the phone, but they don’t answer. Thanks for packing this item so carefully, not a big deal to you. Have a great day.
