My daughter was sitting next to me and he asked could my daughter move to the chairs up front I said no my child has a disability and only 4 years old why would I let her sit alone..told me they could not service me due to my child..Extremely pissed then the lady tried to charge me an extremely high price for Short nails.I stick to nail at home girls just needed a quick set for a party.HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED ‼️‼️‼️

I came in comfortable, I didn't have any problem with staff. Although, my nails came out messy. My nails looked rushed and the side of my thumb feels like it's being pushed into.. Constant throbbing as well as my fingers feeling tight. My real nails weren't cut right in my opinion as I was still able to see my real nail through the acrylic..? I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like that or not as I am no nail tech. My nails still unfortunately feel irritated.

Good Afternoon, I came here to get my nails done place is awesome except this one nail tech chair 5. She has a nasty attitude she never want to serve me, one morning I came in and she asked me what I need I said a fill in but I'm waiting on Amy not knowing that amy was busy. My fault I didn't make an appointment. So Amy asked her can she do my nails she took it personal and refused ok that's fine today 7/10 I came in and my girl is on vacation so I guess the owner asked her and this woman still refused it's been over 2months. Very immature but hey everyone have their reason hopefully she will come around and be professional and learn not to take anything personal, you work with the public grow up and act like a professional lady. Now mind you we never exchanged words just sad 🙏🏽 going up for you

I have been going to Professionail for over 10 years. The staff there are always friendly and accommodating....they are pro's at what they do and they dont rush, but are fast! I think the prices are reasonable and the quality is top notch!!

One guy there is very rude! I sign my name in when I got there and clearly wrote that I wanted a fill in, I had to correct him when he tried to call someone else name before mines. So I get to the back finally after waiting almost an hour and he's wanting to soak my nails off. I asked him what are you doing? He said loudly "DO you want a Full set". I said no I need a fill in! He's goes back and forth with me about what he said and what I said, but clearly I said and wrote that I wanted a fill in! He breaths hard and tells me to sit at another chair! I politely got up and left! He followed me to the door and yelled out the door BYE!!! As if he was glad I was leaving! I'm never going back there again! So unprofessional!

Very busy but they were very professionalI paid 45.00 for my nails, I got gel nail polish I didn't ask for, I'm simple just wanted regular nail polish, but he did a good job, so it was a extra 10.00 for the gel.

This salon is consistently great. The prices are very reasonable, and I'm always happy with my nails and their attention to detail. Never sloppy, never rushed. I love Amy, but I think everyone there is wonderful and will absolutely work with you do make sure you love your nails!!
