We absolutely LOVE Providence East! My daughter has attended this establishment since she was 6months old. She is now 3 1/2. We have adored each of her teachers. They love her and care for her as if she was their own. Mrs. Cathy is wonderful and will always go above and beyond to ensure my concerns or needs are met. My daughter loves all of her teachers she has had through the years. I recommend Providence to all of my friends and anyone who is searching for a safe and reliable daycare. Thank you so much to the whole staff for loving my little girl. WE LOVE PROVIDENCE EAST!

The director Cathy is unprofessional, and is never there. The person she places in charge in her absence ,Kesha, Cares more about what's on her phone than she does your child. She has poor decisions making skills and even worse classroom management practices. They use fear to reprimand the children. Cathy does nothing but push it aside and let it slide. I know for a fact multiple parents complained about Kesha to Cathy and the most she got was a Stern talking to. This is not a safe atmosphere. The only shining star the is Mrs. Sharon Jackson.

I had a really bad experience with this daycare, I’ve left a review on their Facebook page. I do not recommend this establishment. I personally would look for an establishment that is unbiased and treat both parents with respect and doesn’t attempt racially or culturally profiled minorities. Especially when the daycare director falsely accuses an African American male of using drugs simply because you haven’t taken the time to meet him and further stereotype him because he is a divorce parent of a child. In this day of age, this attitude is not welcomed!
