I cant seem to get my 3 medications timed so they can be filled at the same time. I dont want to go in once a week for 3 weeks in a row. I ask if it can be timed, I dont get a response. A yes or no would be nice. I went in at the end of January then again the very next week. 30 minutes after I left I get a text saying my prescription is ready. I go back the next day and they said it was for the meds that I just picked up and that next week it looks like I will need a refill? I then realize that I am out of a medication on 2/18. I call and they say I have no refill, they will message my doc and I should also. 2 days go by, I call Publix, they said I I I picked up that med on 2/11 and thats why I have no refill. I did not pick it up on 2/11. They check again and now tell me its ready to be picked up. I then message my doc to day I no longer need a refill! What the heck is going on. I just called on 2/18 why didnt they say, how can you have no more of that medication when you just picked it up on 2/11 if that was the case. I really have to change pharmacies asap.

I wish that I could give less than a 1. Slow, slow and slower. Takes all day, or next day to fill a prescription. Extremely frustrating when you have a sick child that needs medication. I’ve been patient for years, always giving the benefit of the doubt, but they just truly suck.

I think giving one star to the pharmacy is a bit much but that’s for the people who actually care and try their best to help customers.
1. Prescriptions never ready on time
2. Bad customer service and hostile at times
3. Prepaid doesn’t matter- still have to wait in the long line
4. They do not answer phone calls
I am sick and went to the doctor at 10am and a prescription was sent, it is now 3:40pm and my prescription is not ready on the app and I can’t get anyone on the line to even speak to me. I called at 2:42pm and the call was forwarded to voicemail due to the staff being on lunch, and that I could leave a voicemail and it will be returned after 3:00pm. I have not head back via phone call, text or through the app.
Also I’ve told them a dozen times to correct the spelling of my name and they still haven’t. Every prescription I receive, my name is misspelled. No one will complete the simple clerical task which is part of providing excellent customer service.

I wish I could give a 0 but that wasn't an option! I have to call EVERY month for my electronic rx to be filled and EVERY month when I am told a time (3 hours or more) it would be ready, when I get there it is not and told it will be 20-30 minutes! Today I called to fill Rx and was on hold for 30+ minutes then was told it would be after 3 PM but I know when i get there it won't be ready. Also when a Dr sends in a Rx for a serious illness at 10 AM and it's not ready until the next day there is a big problem. This pharmacy has gone down so much since Lisa retired I never had an issue until she left! I'm shocked to find out last night from friends that other pharmacies fill Rxs in 10 minutes! I'll be changing pharmacies!

Transfered to adams drugs. Customer service has really went downhill at this location. No drive through window. Can't get a call through to the pharmacist. Long lines. Long wait time. Overall horrible. Diversity hiring practices are killing publix.

Inept doesn't begin to describe this pharmacy. Even though I had a current prescription in their system, I've had to argue with them every time I went in because they left an expired prescription in the system, and none of the techs seem to know how their own software operates.Recently, and after going through that once again, I had to be put on a waiting list for an important medication. Except they did that wrong too, so I got left out when it came in and didn't get a drug I need to live.I was able to locate the drug I needed at Walmart, but instead of transferring the prescription (as I had just spoken to one of them about) they told Walmart my prescription was expired (it isn't) and I missed out on getting my prescription from Walmart due to the Publix Pharmacy's inability to use their own software.Trusting this pharmacy has had a real and negative impact on my health. Go anywhere but here.

Everyone is nice and everyone’s kind but the service at the pharmacy to get your medicine filled is so slow it took all day just to get 60 pills, If they could be faster with the filling the medicine, it would be a perfect Pharmacy!

I love this Publix. However, Amanda in the deli needs to lose her attitude and learn better customer service skills. She created an unpleasant experience for us. Compared to all the other deli staff it seems like she intentionally works at a slower pace and at like customers are a burden to her.

I wish there was more diversity in Publix...I love the store, but this white employee didn't want to wait on me in the deli...she called for another lady who's black to see me ..she finally said she'll do it! Please wait on all the customers with love and respect

Store very neat and clean but the way I was handled by the bag boy was a racist act IMO. He helps the white lady in front of me, then when it get to me he walks off go stand at a register where nothing needs to be bagged and just looks around, then he hears me fussing about it and he decides to walk off and go to another part of the store. I won't stop going but next time I'll make sure to bring the situation to the light because it was BLATANT!

I had a great experience with an employee this morning, Richard Battle. He was stocking the soup isle and I needed 2 cans of Cream of Potato soup for tonight’s supper. The spot was bare so I asked him if he had any? He checked 2 different carts and yes a case was on the very bottom. I told him I had major back problems and would finish my shopping then check back with him. He insisted I wait as he moved everything around right then to get to that bottom case. I truly feel he went beyond his stocking assignment and was empathetic to my back issue I mentioned. I appreciated his help and kindness today. I asked for his name as I felt he deserved this recognition. Thanks Richard! Blessings, Kay Oakley

Consistently, blatantly, unapologetically rude. I stood in the pre-paid line for a good 10 minutes today while the pharmacist and techs walked by me and looked right at me, then pretended I didn’t exist. The regular line was so long that it stretched to the first set of doors. I had no problem AT ALL waiting — it’s the fact that I was treated as though I’m invisible. I finally had to call out to all the people ignoring me and ask if I should go get in the other line. “We didn’t see you,” they said. Okay, there. The pharmacist himself looked right at me earlier and then went on as if I weren’t there . “Sorry for the wait,” said the tech, as if that was my problem. No, they are just RUDE and they all really apparently hate their jobs. I wonder if management even cares. We’re transferring our prescriptions out of there today.

Oh my goodness they are the slowest pharmacy people in the world. I don't know what they're doing there but be prepared to wait. And yes I know it depends on what time you go I'm just talking in general they are slowwwwwwwwwww
