I'm sure someone said adding selves directly above the bagging area at self-checkout was a bad idea, but someone refused to listen, because it's their "great idea."
I shouldn't have to lean back to place things into bags or bump my hand when picking them up because y'all want to increase your ice breakers sales -- that's ridiculous.
I'm going to a publix with management that consider their customers when making arrangements or any other grocery store but this one.
Also, this publix bread rotation is horrible. If y'all like to pay full price for breads like David's Killer Bagels that are most likely pass their best by date or close to, then is the place.

This is where I shop mostly. No issues, no complaints. At this point they should have a pillow and a blanket in the back for me 🤷🏾♀️🤣
