A couple of weeks ago my boyfriend and I got a room here for the night. BIG MISTAKE… ROACHES EVERYWHERE, ALL NiGHT…. The first room was 216 and the refrigerator did not work, so I called the front desk and the girl came to see if I turned it on, but I told her it was their job to make sure it was on and working properly for all guests. The next room 221, had roaches crawling every time we turned the lights on, so we slept with them on. In the morning, they were still crawling. I was disgusted we went downstairs to get the staff and the young man was not able to assist us. He was telling my boyfriend to calm down and have breakfast. The breakfast was frozen and he advised us to put it in the microwave. One hundred sixty-seven dollars….

Had to have room service come clean the room and change the linens. It was an awful experience.

Breakfast was bad. Eggs and sausage were cool like from the refrigerator. I mentioned this to the staff and was told they have a microwave.

This place is terrible unless you like nasty.Smellen rooms showers that don't work.Air conditions that don't work and the smell. Here is the worst that I've ever smelled in my life.I would never stay here Again Please find a different hotel in the area surely there's one nicer. The lady at the front desk was nice its not her fault this place is a dump! I would give 0 stars if I could!!

There was no one at the front desk for 10 minutes, I had to call and tell them I'm standing there waiting. When someone did finally show up they gave me a key TO SOMEONE ELSE'S ROOM.
When I did finally get into an unoccupied room it's clear that these rooms have not been maintained well. And have dangerous things like burned out electrical outlets, and plenty of roaches.
The only plus side is that my room was massive

I purchased this room for me and my son, the lobby looks nice and clean, but once you walk on down the hall they have buckets to catch the water dripping from the ceiling, big health department issues, come into the room and its half clean, bathroom looked a mess red spots in the tub. They lock the door at a certain time witch i do understand but whats the point, if the keys dont work they gave for the side doors, this is my first and last stay!!!

I checked in today, 4/11/25, in an ADA room. Ceiling full of mold, food splatter on the walls, toilet seat underneath had crap on it, fridge had yellow liquid residue and hair in it and the main thing was that the handicapped bench on the tub was broken! 😤😡🤬. Would definitely recommend staying away from this place. Owners seem to not care about the place at all. Staff is not fit to provide answers or solutions to anything except to say I could leave and be reimbursed. After driving from Orlando and having a decent place to stay, I get to this place...Choice Hotels should not have this place under their umbrella!

The lobby was very nice and so was the guy that checked me in but the room wasn't. Saw multiple roaches and the shower wasn't cleaned.

I stayed at the Quality Inn in Montgomery during a long drive. The room was mostly clean, and the hotel was fine for a two-star place. But at 12:30 AM, the upstairs crew decided it was party time—ceiling creaking with every step, music loud enough to catch the tune, and voices cutting through the noise. The overnight manager gave it a shot, talking to them four times over 2.5 hours, but eventually admitted he couldn’t fix it. At 3 AM, he offered another room—quiet, thank goodness, but missing a fire alarm and with toilet paper stuffed in wall holes, which isn’t exactly up to code. The next morning, I spotted a garbage can overflowing with beer cans outside, evidence of the fun from the prior night. Perfect for those who enjoy a late-night vibe over sleep. For $170, it was a bit underwhelming.

The staff was unfriended and the water in the hand sink didn't go down. Room smelled unpleasant, bugs bites my leg. And they didn't clean my room. So I never recommend this hotel.

I have traveled extensively over the last 40 years. This Quality Inn ties for the worst experience I have ever had. Avoid this hotel at all costs!! Pros - The staff was friendly but ineffective with no real power to help customers. And it is a good location. Cons - There are too many to list, but I will share some of them. I was asked to change rooms twice. The first time because the room was smoky in a non-smoking room (and hotel). The second time because the door could not be locked when you left the room. The put a customer in a room where the door could not be locked! I arrived at breakfast the first morning 45 minutes before it ended and was told there was no more meat (bacon or sausage) available. The room I ended up in (because I was not willing to move again) had a beer bottle under the chair and there was hair down in the sink. It was clear the room had not been cleaned well. There was furniture piled up in the stairwell and one of the outside doors had tape holding it together. There was no back cover on the remote, so the batteries would not stay in for us to use the remote. There was a water leak on the first floor with a bucket to catch the water. And so much more……I have pictures, so look for them on a site that lets you upload pictures with your review. I ask for some of my money back and they told me the manager said “no.” I stayed in the hotel, so that was that. I would not want anyone else to go through what we did in this hotel. It is not worth any cost.

The one thing that stuck out to me was the awesome fact of the doorstop was magnetic, so it held the door open so you could get your luggage in!

We stayed here twice on our trip to the coast. This was a good stop over spot with our three golden retrievers. There is a sensible pet fee, unlike the hotel next door that I had originally booked with and who then tried to charge me $200 extra for the dogs. Yes, I had called them and told them I had dogs. Different managers, different opinions that left me without a room for the night. Quality Inn was a life saver, giving us a ground floor room without hassel. The rooms are nice sized and very clean with firm beds and great water pressure in the shower. Ample space to walk the dogs and very friendly staff.
