I had an appointment on January 10, 2025, in the morning, but when I arrived, the office was closed due to weather. They didn’t send any message or call me the day before to inform me of the closure. It was a complete waste of time. Very poor service.

I tried making an appointment online but the website didn’t allow me to. I chose to walk in as soon as they opened and put myself on the standby list with others.
The screen said “currently serving 0 customers” for 29 minutes. No one came to get anyone from the standby list. Several minutes later, an appointment came in and they immediately took the appointment. The appointment leaves and again, they do not take anyone again. Currently serving 0 customers.
They took the two Girls that put themselves on the wait list after me. I’ve been here 110 minutes and need to use the restroom but I need to do a urinalysis so I’m stuck. I asked the woman why she took two standbys before me that checked in after me and she said she didn’t know how they got mixed up. Currently still waiting after 110 minutes.

Usually, I only submit reviews after receiving excellent services. However, I felt compelled to leave a review regarding my experience. Because it may resonate with others. I was scheduled for a future appt. I stopped by Quest-Chantilly Pkwy on my way to work to pickup an empty urine container. It was early (around 8:00am) and the lobby was empty. I checked in and patiently waited. I could hear some of the employees talking and laughing near the door. After a while, I almost left. Finally, I was called to the back. I advised the person that my appointment is scheduled during next week. I asked if I could pickup an empty urine container. She did not respond to me. The lady said go to your left. I did but it was to the door on the left. It was locked. I turned around and the lady was starring at me with her head tilted and pointing at the room on the left near her. Next, I handed her my orders. She started typing for an extensive amount of time. I advised her that I only needed to pickup an empty container. Again, she didn't reply. I continued to wait. I asked if I could have my orders so I could go somewhere else.
I schedule an appt with a different lab. On today, I took my orders to Lab Corp - Pine St. and was treated with respect. I was greeted as soon as I walked up to the check-in counter, my orders was reviewed, provided with an empty urine container, and given instructions by an employee. I really appreciated the promptness, communication, and excellent service provided to me. I mentioned this experience to my co-workers. I'll never use Quest for labs again.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! ZERO STARS!!! The Collector (Drug testing) DOES NOT KNOW the difference between RANDOM and PRE-EMPLOYMENT Drug TEST!!!! This proves that Quest Diagnostics hires people that are not properly trained !!!!!!!!!!!!!! shame... that the person who performs drug testing does not even have BASIC Knowledge!!!
We spoke to another medical office and they told us that this happened a lot of times and they advised us to AVOID Quest Diagnostics!!!

Scheduled appt thru the website. Received timely confirmation then reminder. Check in minimal (and accommodations for sight impaired, mobility impaired etc). Called to the back, 30 seconds after "squeeze, then release" my sample was drawn and I actually left 3 minutes before my appt time.

I highly recommend Quest lab service from this location. The technician has always been pleasant and efficient. Easy to check in and out quickly.

I almost didn't go here, because the overall rating was only 2.5. But I went online and made an appointment, super easy. I get in and check in early, super easy and automated. I get called in a half hour early like two minutes after I check in.Danielle was an absolute pleasure, she was funny and extremely talented and we had great conversation. And then it was over. I wish I could put six stars. I don't understand what people expect. But then again I don't know. Maybe they had a bad experience.

The lady who administered my test was every patient and helpful. I did not expect the level of customer service that I was given. She took extra time to explain something to me after I didn't understand the first time. She did this while all the while maintaining an air of patience and professionalism.
