If I could give this store a negative 0, I would. I made 2 attempts to pick up a package I ordered online, and both times, the store was not opened at 10 or 11 as stated on the door and it was well after those times. And now, I still have to make a 3rd attempt. The unprofessionalism and all around unconcerned for the customer is ridiculous!!!
