The absolute worst storage unit ever. Got robbed… my lock snatched off and I am a college student…Had to replace all my items without any reimbursement. AND THEY STILL CHARGING MY CARD??? Now nobody wanna answer the phone..Don’t rent here like actually run while you can.

I am pleased with the facility, cost, and billing process. Facility is secure. Team is responsive by phone. I have had a good experience here for over one year--even upgraded to a larger unit.

Do not rent from here..bad experience. Cant even speak to anyone from the unit..have to call and speak to someone who can't even come to the storage and help

I paid they took and the gate won't open. No one on site at all and possibly not even in your state to open the gate. I had to force open the gate as well as another customer later on did. I hope I don't need this storage for too long.

When they take the stuff out of ur unit and close ur account then try to tell you they went to your unit it was empty with no lock on it, then claim I put my stuff in the wrong unit. That was my dead mother's stuff. No text no email was sent stating any of this. They claim they sent it. I found all this out by trying to pay my monthly unit. I will be filing a police reports and getting surveillance footage because they stole my stuff.

Unit was broken into. Red Dot never contacted us after initial notification where they said they would. Since then 6 more units have been broken into in our row. Run, leave as fast as you can, don't ever rent from this inept company ever!

We were robbed and all we received was an email saying a “supervisor” walked by and noticed my unit was empty while they continued to charge me for it. I’m a college student so I placed my items in storage for summer and I had to replace ALL of my items. The red dot employees were absolutely no help at all! I believe they did it!

Thing were good until my unit was robbed. Company doesn't care. Would not let me view the video. No local person to talk to only. Gates have been a huge problem for 2 months. The automatic gate has not been fixed and the pad lock gate is either open for weeks or closed with chain and combo lock that is never secured. THE ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD KNOWS THE CODE TO THE COMBO LOCK. So you will be robbed. They don't try to catch the thieves. Let's just say it will be an INSIDE JOB!!
