I have called multiple times to speak to someone above a manager.
Dealing with someone ransacking my unit & cutting the lock. No return phone call but
Then they send me a bill???

The new owners (SROA) are TERRIFIC! They have cleaned up the facility,, placed a dumpster on the property, and it is easy to talk with a manager about issues. Fantastic customer service, great prices on rentals, and I highly recommend SROA for your storage needs.

This has been the worst experience. First off, I was misled that it is climate controlled, it is 100% not. Second, my gate code never works and I always have to call for a temporary. Third, the front gate entrance is permanently cracked open so that anyone could walk in. It is not secure. Fourth, customer service on the phone was incredibly rude and Lastly, there was no one on site to address multiple issues.
