I thought Red Lobster would have had a better management by now. Nobody was in the lobby to sit my wife and me for the longest. When we finally got seats there were only four other couples eating. I had endless shrimps and it took forever to get reserved so by that time i had the manager come out to see what was the problem he said that he would take care of the situation it took forever again to get his order in which shrimp only take 3-5 minutes to cook very disappointed with these people another server had to refill my sweet tea which was sugar water and no tea. My wife had salmon which was left on her plate and the year before we went there for our anniversary and we got reinbursed for our food because my wife had hair in her mashed potatoes. I would not recommend nobody to this location in Montgomery....managemnet sucks..we left Red Lobster with a $60 plus tab and was still hungry after this mess of food!!!They should be ashamed of themselves!!!

Red Lobster is my absolute favorite restaurant but I have never in my life experienced them not having crab legs or salmon. I just can not understand. I came down here, 2 hours away to visit my baby girl and this is what happens I am completely devastated! I've been coming since I was 5 and I have never experienced this! What is this sorcery.

We waited for 10 to 15 minutes before the manager finally acknowledged us. Manager then told us it was a 30 minute wait even though there was just one couple ahead of us. Hostess said she could seat us but manager loudly said “I said it’s a 30 minute wait”. and refused to seat us. It was 2 hours before closing time but it was quite apparent we could not eat there. Reverse racial segregation I guess. We just left but I’ll never go to Red Lobster again

Horrible service from the front desk. Was told it’d be a half hour wait because there were so many people ahead of us. There were two! Much attitude from the girl in charge The hostess told her she had a spot but she said nope 30 minutes wait.

I had an excellent server! The food was great, a great experience overall. The only negative thing I have to say is the walls of this restaurant are filthy. There are splatters of drink and other things and really needs to be paid more attention to. I also work in a restaurant and the servers come in once a month in the morning to DEEP CLEAN and this cleaning includes taking bleach and soap to the walls. Highly recommend!

Made a reservation. Got seated at 8pm.. waiter keep saying she will be right with us she didn’t bring biscuits til 8:20pm she took our drink orders and told us we had to wait to take our food order. Never came back with the drinks another waiter took our order at 8:40pm she then walked passed us saying Ooo somebody already took your orders which she really didn’t care if it was taken or not. Once that energy was passed out to me I decided to leave because at this point we had wasted almost a whole hour just for them to be closing at 9pm. I have never experienced this type of service from this restaurant before not only did me and my family walked out but it was 3 more other couples also… This is not how you treat customers especially on a special occasion. We will not be eating here again?

We went to Red Lobster Friday night. I normally enjoy going there, but this time service was AWFUL.... so bad we actually got up & WALKED OUT.. we had been waiting for an hour for seating (which was understandable), but when seated we waited another HOUR before the server took our order....and she wasn't even our waitress. After taking so long we just left and the young waitress that finally took our order apparently got mad and we don't know what happened but we heard arguing in the back then saw her RUNNING across the parking lot when we got to our car. Whew it was a MESS, too much drama, BAD service (they never even brought silverware to the table), and to top it all off we had the grandkids there and it was the oldest one's birthday?. We have always ENJOYED Red Lobster but this time it was very disappointing.

Only 3 stars because the service is below par. This restaurant had a complete physical redesign a few years ago. Looks really good. Tables/booths still look new and clean. The food is served hot and taste is consistent. It's the service. Takes too long. And theres not enough of them. The wait to get seated is too long. But when you get seated half of the tables are empty. Some of the wait staff are not properly trained.

Haven't been here in years because the last time I came I waited for over an hour and no one ever took our order. Tonight we were seated promptly, server was prompt, and we had food in just a few minutes. Food was actually very good except the fries were not cooked all the way.

I ordered online well over an hour in advance. When I arrived, I stood in line waiting for another customer to order. The polite cashier told me it would be about 10 minutes. 15 minutes later I checked. 20 minutes after that I got my food. The entree was great. My potato was sad. Everything else was on point. The food was worth waiting for. The wait was just unexpected. No apologies. No thank yous.
