Good brand of boots have worn many pairs but poor service at this location. Jeff was very condescending and disrespectful when he pointed out having 30 years of selling red wing after being asked about the quality of other brands. Be sure to drive to Burmingham store where staff has always been respectful and courteous and go out of their way to the customer in my past purchases at that location.

I was looking for the King Toe 435 non safety toe. I went to see Brad and he had me use the Ultimate Fit tool they had at the store. It recommended a particular insole for my feet. I tried on the boot and walked around. Then he put the recommended insole in the boot and Wow in made a big difference in the way it felt and the stability of the boot.

Options, quality of product, and service were superb! Jeff is a true professional! Go see Red Wing in Montgomery. You’ll never go back to cheap, low quality boots again. They test your stride, hot spots on your feet, and even confirm your proper size! They can custom fit insoles to make sure your new boots fit YOU perfectly! Don’t settle, step up! You’ll be glad you did!

My husband repairs and maintains water purification systems. He needed durable, waterproof, electric-shock-proof boots with steel toes to protect his feet. Boots with those qualities are fairly common, but there’s a twist— because his employer sells equipment to international companies, his boots have to meet Canadian safety standards.
Fortunately, Red Wing had what he needed, a sturdy boot in the right size, certified for Canadian work sites.

I went looking for work boots. I ended up getting $30.00 insoles for my Ariat's. Then i saw a pair of lace up boots on clearance. I bought them. Haven't broke them in yet but so far I like them. Seems like a pair of boots that will last a long time.

I called the redwing store in Montgomery Alabama and placed an order for a pair of boots. The clerk was friendly and helpful in placing the order. He promised to email a receipt of the transaction but failed to do so that day. I called again the next day and he then sent the receipt as promised.
