Victoria gave us the absolute best top-notch customer service experience. She was extremely professional and prompt. She helped us through everything and explained all the small detail in a fast and understanding manner. Now that is what customer service is all about. I wish we could experience this type of service everywhere. Thank you Victoria for everything. You deserve the recognition for your professionalism. We look forward to future visits at this location simply because you are are great at what you do. Thanks again.

I typically have good experiences with the Regions Bank on Zelda Rd. My last visit was a follow-up to a previous walk-in by me. Service was quick, relevant, and friendly! I will keep banking with them.

If I should rate Regions on Zelda Road, they are great I haven’t seen anything wrong with their customer service, I think they are trying as much as they can. You can never satisfy everyone, people must have different opinions. But I rate them with 5 ⭐️ stars

There is no sense of privacy or security here. I asked the teller for my account balance and she literally said my balance out loud in front of everyone instead of writing it down. I thought it would be common sense to write down personal information like that. Someone was standing right next to me. At any other Regions, they write down my information instead of blurting it out. She asked for my social out loud instead of giving me pen & paper to write it down. You can hear transactions going on through the drive-thru while being in the front walk-in side. There's no sense of privacy, the teller I had, I will get her name soon but she had no regards to private data & information. I will not be visiting this location anymore.

They NEVER have enough tellers. EVER! Slowest of all the branches. Ridiculous! Employees sit in their offices and offer no help. Don’t even greet you. And one teller at tye drive thru. Cars wrapped around the building.

I would give it a 0 star if I could. Somehow they got my maiden name rather than my married name. I was doing a transaction and told them I’d like to change it to my current name along with my driver’s license. They told me that I’d have to bring my marriage certificate back, when I did, they said I had to make an appointment. I then asked to do a withdraw, the lady told me she’d need an ID with my maiden name, not my married name to withdraw my money. Luckily, I had my passport that I was about to send off to have it corrected; but if I didn’t, I wouldn’t have been able to make that transaction. Horrible communication, incompetent employees.

If I could give negative stars I would, I hate this place. Worst bank ever . I hate the people that work there and they do very bad business charge me tons of over draft fees when it was there fault and never gave me my money back into my account. Wish I could sue.

Vegas trip cancelled in March due to COVID-19.VIP reservation company promised a refund in writing multiple times.VIP company lied to us about needing to wait for the hotel clubs to refund them claiming they sent them our funds.We verified with the hotels that they never received payments for our reservations. We have this in writing.No refund provided.VIP company numbers disconnected and stopped responding to texts.All parties initiated disputes with their banks to recover the funds for services not provided.All parties filed the disputes with the same supporting documentation.All other parties (excluding me) received final REFUNDS from their banks.Regions Bank declined my dispute TWICE, even though I provided the same documentation as the rest of them.Regions Bank still has no record of my additional documentation even though I have given it to them TWICE.They won't add my supporting documentation to the case or even consider it.They won't fight for my case!They won't refile for refund not received.They won't let me speak to a manager.My local branch is closed due to COVID-19.I can't get an appointment until the middle of July.Regions Bank is debiting my account on 7/4. I lost $1,800 during a pandemic and Regions Bank won't fight for me.I am closing my account.Regions Bank won't fight for you even though every other bank will.Don't bank with Regions Bank - WORST BANK EVER!!!I'm filing a complaint with the Alabama State Banking Department.

ONCE I ENTERED MY CARD AND PUT IN MY INFORMATION IT WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY CARD OUT NOR GIVE ME MY MONEY! 1 STAR REVIEW DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR CARD TO BE STOLEN I CALLED AND ASKED FOR IT BACK AND THEY SAID THEY WERE NOT GIVING IT BACK!
