I like the employees at this location but I do not like Regions in general. I was told I’d save money cashing my personal checks thru them by opening an account, so I did. Only for them to still charge me the same $5 fee each month. Every single time I went there was always some sort of “fee” being taken out and with no explanations. If the lady sending me the checks didn’t bank with Regions I wouldn’t have any dealings with them in the first place. My mother also worked their for 29 years and 6 months and 6 months before her 30 year Retirement they laid her off so she wouldn’t get her retirement benefits in full and even told her that! That was a major slap in the face! But my mother did not work at this location. She worked in an actual department for Regions when they use to be downtown. I’m not gonna say which department and the name of the location because it’s no one’s business. I’m just speaking of “Regions” in a whole.

I answered a WalMart "gift" survey and then my ATM card kept getting rejected. I went to my branch because I was upset. The teller looked up my account, then explained the "gift" survey was fraudulent and I needed to be issued another ATM card. They did it ON THE SPOT!! It used to take 7-10 business days to get a new card but now, the branch can do it immediately. I was so glad that Regions Bank was looking out for me and my best interest. I had no idea it was fraudulent but now I don't answer any WalMart survey. Thank you Regions for taking care of me.

Samantha is horrible. She closed my bank card without informing me. I now have to switch all of my withdrawal and automatic banking information due to her lack of communication. This is absolutely horrible on Regions end. Not to mention, she listed my card as having fraudulent activity, this was not shared with her nor interpreted. I simply informed Samantha that the card didn’t read/work most of the time. I’m definitely switching banks after this careless and unprofessional incident.

I went to the drive thru, the person in front was at the drive thru window for over 30 minutes. I was finally able to back out and go inside the branch. I was obviously upset. I was wanting to know why it was was taking so long for the car at the window. The customer apparently had numerous transactions and wasn't asked to come inside to tend to all of those transactions. The tellers at the bank got rude with me. I guess they it was ok to get rude with me since I was irritated about the drive thru window. Either way, I still think that this customer should not have been taken care of in the drive thru, the customer in my opinion should have been asked to come inside the building.

This bank is EXTREMELY slow, regardless of lobby or drive-thru line & even at non-peak times. Today's issue is it's CLOSED (Wed, 8/12/20 @ 2:00pm) with no sign stating the reason. What's the deal?! ?

Vegas trip cancelled in March due to COVID-19.VIP reservation company promised a refund in writing multiple times.VIP company lied to us about needing to wait for the hotel clubs to refund them claiming they sent them our funds.We verified with the hotels that they never received payments for our reservations. We have this in writing.No refund provided has been provided.VIP company numbers disconnected and stopped responding to texts.All parties initiated disputes with their banks to recover the funds for services not provided.All parties filed the disputes with the same supporting documentation.All other parties (excluding me) received final REFUNDS from their banks.Regions Bank declined my dispute TWICE, even though I provided the same documentation as the rest of them.Regions Bank still has no record of my additional documentation even though I have given it to them TWICE.They won't add my supporting documentation to the case or even consider it.They won't fight for my case.They won't refile for refund not received.They won't let me speak to a manager.My local branch is closed due to COVID-19.I can't get an appointment until the middle of July.Regions Bank is debiting my account on 7/4. I lost $1,800 during a pandemic and Regions Bank won't fight for me.I am closing my account.Regions Bank won't fight for you even though every other bank will.Don't bank with Regions Bank - WORST BANK EVER!!!I'm filing a complaint with the Alabama State Banking Department.

I've always received friendly service at this branch and others. Recently making a deposit through the atm, a malfunction occurred and was quickly resolved . Very satisfied with regions bank .

Long line. Waited forever. Then met with a bank officer to request mortgage loan info. Lady said she would have loan specialist call me. A week later. Still waiting. She seemed kind of out over the request.
