DO YOU have a bank ? Well I didn't until I came to regions . It was clearly different for me . But I had everything I needed to open my first account .. I usually share with my husband's bank. But now I have my own . They were fast. Friendly . And helped me with a smile . If you never had a bank and need a debit card asap, choose regions on McGhee.,!

Chelsea at this location was extremely rude when I called about an issue with my account. She was raising her voice and being extremely impatient when I was asking for help. She disconnected the line when I was talking & when I called back, it was someone else. I will never contact this branch again. The employees are the ones that make customers not want to come back.

Slowest bank in town, super slow employees. Always try to come with an excuse of not doing work.Never have enough cash with them and always refer to another branch.Drive thru is always packed as only one teller is at window and she’s also super slow.Their staff including manager should be fired inorder to keep this branch alive. I would recommend people not to go there unless you wanna wast 2 hrs for nothing.

Vegas trip cancelled in March due to COVID-19.VIP reservation company promised a refund in writing multiple times.VIP company lied to us about needing to wait for the hotel clubs to refund them claiming they sent them our funds.We verified with the hotels that they never received payments for our reservations. We have this in writing.No refund provided.VIP company numbers disconnected and stopped responding to texts.All parties initiated disputes with their banks to recover the funds for services not provided.All parties filed the disputes with the same supporting documentation.All other parties (excluding me) received final REFUNDS from their banks.Regions Bank declined my dispute TWICE, even though I provided the same documentation as the rest of them.Regions Bank still has no record of my additional documentation even though I have given it to them TWICE.They won't add my supporting documentation to the case or even consider it.They won't fight for my case.They won't refile for refund not received.They won't let me speak to a manager.My local branch is closed due to COVID-19.I can't get an appointment until the middle of July.Regions Bank is debiting my account on 7/4. I lost $1,800 during a pandemic and Regions Bank won't fight for me.I am closing my account.Regions Bank won't fight for you even though every other bank will.Don't bank with Regions Bank - WORST BANK EVER!!!I'm filing a complaint with the Alabama State Banking Department.

First visit to this location and it was a great experience. My clerk was Brittany, she was kind, professional and very helpful.She even offered me to speak with a banker on saving strategies and solutions. That’s what you call customer service.I will definitely revisit based on that experience.

This location is great because it's also open on Saturdays from 9-12. It came in handy for me because I needed a new debit card printed over the weekend. There were a lot of people in the bank, but once it was my turn the banker was helpful, patient and thorough. I would return to this location if I ever need Saturday service again.
