Regions sucks. Customer service. Why do we have over draft fees when in the negatives? They are charging for everything including farting. Hate yall.

It is 12:03 on a Saturday at this location. I pulled up to the drive through at 12:58 and all the signs say closed. There was a black lady with what appears to be a leopard print shirt that I blew the horn at who left so I sped to the front door and the same young lady was locking the door and looked me in my face and lied and said she waited on her last customer at twelve. My mother is 91 years old and she and my father have had an account with you all since the late 80's. It's appalling that you can't get good customer service. I was going to take my mother to visit my dad at his grave today and this postponed our plans but God is still in charge. I had to sit here and write this review. I'm a black woman as well so I'm not just trying to get someone in trouble. I'm just livid at the unempathetic behavior of your employee. I understand wanting to go home but there was no one behind me and I was here before twelve. If you want your customers to be here give minutes before closing time please say so. Max Credit Union has a line of people but they address the customers needs first.

Anytime I step inside Regions Bank I’m greeted by my name…. Why because they (employees) took the time to get to know me which made me feel important and comfortable. Love banking with Regions!

I had to go inside but with hesitation because I expected a long line but thankfully it wasn't. I was greeted by a beautiful young lady with braces (sorry I don't remember her name. I think it starts with an E.) She was AMAZING!!!
She made my experience pleasant.

Winston provides exceptional consumer service. Bre also demonstrated the same behavior as she engaged with numerous customers with patience and kindness. It is consistently refreshing to observe individuals who demonstrate genuine concern for the service they offer to their clients. Well done to the crew!

I absolutely detest Regions bank. I deposited my payroll check into my account and was told that I could get $225 the next day and the balance would be available in a couple of days after that. After I deposited the check, the next day I was sent a email saying that I wouldn't have access to my money for another week+. I called and tried to find out why it was changed and to explain that having to wait would leave me without ANY MONEY. They couldn't explain why I had to wait and they didn't care that all the money I had was in their bank. I have never had this experience with any bank before. I don't even have money for gas to get back and forth to work!! I had my direct deposit set up to go to Regions and was just waiting for it to start, but now I'm going to have it changed. I don't want to deal with a bank that doesn't care about me or my situation. I don't have access to my money but Regions can and is collecting interest on it!! Max credit Union or Guardian C.U. would have never left me in a situation like this. As soon as my check clears, I will be closing my account and going back to a credit union!!!

If I could give it a lower rate I would! Idiots are running this branch! Plenty of money in checking…opened a savings account substantial deposit! Found out on Friday both accounts were frozen! No one could explain why! Had no access to funds for 4 days! Finally I was given checks for both accounts! Regions is in big trouble! Staff have no knowledge or ability to solve problems… obviously just hired to fill a quota??? Not trained! Would never recommend Regions! Wow! How far down they have gone.. sad!
