I had the best experience here yesterday. The employees were friendly and funny. The store was clean and it smelled good, too. All the items were placed in an orderly fashion. I will definitely recommend shopping here.

I AM FURIOUS! I’ve been to Rue21 plenty of times and never had this happen to me before! I was called a racial slur by a non-person of color! So if you plan on shopping at Rue21 any time soon, keep an ear out and make sure she doesn’t disrespect you! She should be fired immediately! Can’t remember the girl’s name but I do believe that it started with a T. Won’t be coming back to Rue21 in Montgomery!

Great vibe. Everyone inside was very welcoming and helpful. Kiera served me to today as well as two other employees I did not catch there names. I wish you guys were in Texas. Awesome customer service !!! Keep up the great work !
