I came to this office earlier this year, they rushed me in and rushed through the appt. Staff was not very friendly. Was made to feel like the last customer holding them up from getting off of work even though they were supposed to be open for another 3-4 hours after my appt. My prescription was backwards and my contacts were blurry. I was told it was my eyes adjusting. It definitely wasn't. I have been to different locations in GA from this same company and had a great experience. So I was excited when I moved to Montgomery and saw there was one here. But I quickly learned that the service here is NOT the same! I Will NOT be back to this office!

Eye exam was very thorough staff was professional and friendly. However if you’re considering ordering glasses from them don’t. I got my eye exam on 11/3 paid for my glasses and was told I would receive them in 2 weeks how ever my glasses still haven arrived on the promise date of 11/20. They said they had shipment delays however I was never notified and it said my glasses was shipped 11/15 very deceptive. I will be finding another eye doctor for my children

Appointment was great, very disappointing that I received a text today that my glasses were ready. Go up there, and the office is closed until Friday. I understand it’s thanksgiving week but that was known that they would be closed when the prescription was filled. I would have liked to be informed.

Update: Their social media rep decided to call and offer to make everything right as long as I pay a copay difference of $27. That's right! As long as I pay to correct their mistake, they'd be happy to fix it! So, I'll also attach pics to show that I've ALREADY paid for what I wanted, but never got it because THEY put the order in wrong, so now I have to pay to fix their mistake. Don't even go for the exam. They don't care about their clientele. They just want to bill insurance.The optometrist herself was great, very friendly and seemed to want to help. That's about the end of the praise. I ordered a nice pair of glasses, opted for the blue tint, anti scratch, the whole package. To bad when they came in, they had neither of those coatings, nor did the staff bother to make sure they fit. No worries, I'll adjust as I go! Except the scratches became the focal point after the first time I cleaned them. I called to ask about the coating, and was basically told too bad, you accepted them, no refunds. Go for the exam, skip buying anything or trusting any of the other staff.

I love this place. The staff was very professionally, kind and helpful. Especially Mrs. Queen, from the time I met her she had a smile on her face. She made me feel very comfortable while helping me pick out some sexy glasses. Please go by there!!!! They rock!’n

I went to MyEyeDr. On May 31st & had a lovely experience. I was in & out within a hour! When it came down to purchasing glasses Mrs.QUEEN was WONDERFUL! If I had questions she answered them for me.Let me try on as many glasses as I would like & REMAINED POLITE!

I've been coming to My Eye Doctor for some years now. I always receive good customer service at this location. Recently, I had an appointment for the new year and was taking care of by a new face to the team. She provided me with patience and great suggestions on selecting the perfect pair of frames. She has excellent customer service skills, friendly, and mostly importantly professional. I recommend Queen to help me and to others who want to experience great service.

* update* received a response to this review. After contacting customer relations, sending photos of contacts, customer relations stating I received the order the store ordered for me. Problem is that THE STORE ordered the wrong prescription. I was told to go get a recheck.. REALLY?? GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. YOU ARE COMMITTING INSURANCE FRAUD. FILING CLAIMS, GETTING PAID BUT NOT ACTUALLY PROVIDING A CORRECT PRODUCT. Disappointed with the entire experience. Terrible customer service and long wait times. Escalated to corporate with dismissal. Now I can't see because the prescription is wrong, after 4 attempts to correct it, and I have used my insurance for the year.. run away from this place

Dr P is the best. The only reason I come to this location. She's very thorough in her explanation of things during my visit. My eye exam was hassle free thanks to her!

This is my first visit. I had no idea about this clinic. All I knew is I needed an eye doctor for me and my son. My wait time was probably 15 mins. The staff was so professional, friendly, thorough, and detailed. I felt welcomed from the front door and during the procedure. The female doctor was patient with my small child and talked my child through the entire procedure. The office is clean and the doctor was wiping down everything and sanitizing. I like that alot. My only draw back is I didn’t know that “taking pictures of the back of my eyes” is not covered by my insurance. Nobody told me. Which means I paid more than I had plan to. I suggest as they are doing procedures on you, ask if your insurance cover it. I was left alone to pick out the glasses. Other than that I highly recommend this office for your eye visit. I will be going back. I’m glad I found this office online.

I would like to say that I had a terrible first experience with a young lady name Cassie, she had started showing me some glasses and then left.I waited for a couple mins for her to return but she never did. But I would like to give a big shout out to Ms Queen for stepping in and helping me out. This work ethic should not be handle like this but again I will like to thank Ms Queen again for her patience and kindness.

Went to pick up my glasses today and the wrong ones was ordered so I asked for a different style. The lady at the register was nonchalant and didn't even tell me if I had a price difference. Queen was the other lady behindthe counter and she assist me and I got what I needed. I would give Queen five stars.
