I see that the type of customer service provided in Montgomery, AL is way different from Enterprise, AL. In Enterprise AL I had a pleasant experience with the staff of security finance and the level of care and concerns they provided which made me a long time customer service of this loan service. When I moved here to Montgomery,AL I thought it be the same courtesy but it’s not. When I was told I would be able to reborrow a certain amount ,I received a lesser amount and the person who was doing my loan agreement was new and didn’t comprehend me over the phone. Now since I am going through hardship and couldn’t make first initial payment on time but notified them a date I will pay, No consideration was made and a snappy attitude was made. Life happens and they expect your life should be perfect with no issues. Things come up that why I couldn’t honor my initial payment until 9 days later. That’s the point of calling and making arrangements. If I didn’t want to pay it back, I wouldn’t have tried to make effort to call or get my husband to come while I’m on bed rest for my complicated pregnancy conditions. I have an online app and I know to pay over the phone but if I have cash, common sense would tell you I have to have someone come in.
