We were looking for a replacement battery for our toddler’s motorized mini car and after calling multiple businesses, we found GoBattery. Andy assisted us and not only was the battery price reasonable (every other place was charging 3-4x as much for the same battery), he also reconnected the connector piece which no other business knew how/what to do. Highly recommend and will definitely be a consumer again in the future!

Great experience. Needed house batteries and a solenoid switch on my RV. Andy went above and beyond to get the "hard to reach" batteries installed as well as assisted with ordering the correct switch and installing it himself. I highly recommend GoBattery. Thanks Andy!

I'm in the sales and service business and know how tough it is....I just want to stop the world for a moment and brag on Simmons' GoBattery....called them first thing in the morning....needed all new batteries in my golf cart....that afternoon I had them ! Good price and they installed them here at my house !First class operation !!

I do not recommend. My husband paid almost $3000 to get his golf cart fixed (needed new batteries) they told him it needed a new drive box as well. Got it home and it would not drive right and come to find out their tech had ran it into a vehicle at their shop. They owned up to it and fixed it but 3 months later there was a battery going bad and it was still under warranty so we took the battery back and the guy said they would not replace it because it was due to it not being maintained by the owner which was not true, the post overheated and melted causing it to short the battery out. Defects happen!

Excellent in service. They people are so helpful. The best battery company in town with great discounted price. I have 2002 Toyota Prius and i called almost everyone (battery source, AutoZone, Walmart, advanceautoparts). None of them had 12V battery for my car. Toyota dealer asked for $320 including labor. Finally i got my battery at Simmons in just $114 (Including everything). They don't charge for labor. Isn't that cool? I must recommend to everyone.

Simmons GoBattery sold me a new battery with a 3-year warranty, for my BMW, 18 months ago. I was ensured by the Simmons GoBattery technician, that they were equipped to register the new battery as BMW requires. Shortly thereafter, warning signals appear and the BMW's overall performance was sluggish. Thousands of dollars spent on replacement parts and labor since then, and 2 months ago I learn (after having a diagnostic test performed), that dozens of error codes were present. DME errors related to the battery not being registered at all. Emails, phone calls, and messages left for Simmons GoBattery regarding these results, have gone unnoticed. I visited the new Simmons GoBattery location twice and was told by a different technician that Simmons GoBattery told me wrong, that they are DO NOT have the capability of registering new batteries with BMW and that John Simmons, the owner of Simmons GoBattery, would get back to me ASAP about his businesses false claim. STILL NO WORD. BMW needed to be jumped started every day for the last two weeks, today my husband took it to Simmons GoBattery and spoke to Mr. Simmons himself, who was working there alone and this is what we got... Although the battery is under a 3-year warranty and his former technician lied to me about BMW being registered properly, Mr. Simmons offered me nothing but excuses. Dismissing me and the situation, he avoided his responsibility as a business owner, to uphold the warranty, and for his website's FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND CLAIMS that at Simmons GoBattery, they register vehicles accordingly. Instead, Mr. Simmons complained about staff turnover, faulty equipment, and money HE spent on HIS business. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Simmons GoBattery FOR WORKING ON ANYTHING I OWN. NOR WOULD I CONDUCT BUSINESS with Mr. Simmons, WHATSOEVER.
