It has been a very long time since I decided to sit in at a Starbucks but this morning I decided to get up randomly and go in. Having never used their refill policy before Shannon explained it to me and had a fresh pot of dark roast coffee ready for my order. I sat and listened to the music playing and really was able to enjoy coffee in a peaceful morning manner. I didn't think about the coffee being hot, I know I was still waking up, so I went back up and asked for cream and they graciously handed me a small cup. Shannon also understood what I meant when I said that I wanted the coffee sweet which was nice. I discovered that I liked a couple of the songs that were playing and I went up and asked if they knew who was playing and Chris took the time to find out for me. This crew was fantastic this morning and it blows my other experiences at all Starbucks locations out of the water. Thank y'all for keeping good people and I look forward to coming back sometime again.

I ordered a Straeberry Refresher. While I was waiting on my order an attendant told me they were out of the strawberry. I mentioned that the cashier could have told me before I paid for two. The person said that the cashier didn't know. She then told me I could try...blah blah blah. I let her know that I didn't want to experiment. I told her I'll just take a refund. She wasn't happy and made me feel like it was my fault. Weird. It didn't feel like Starbucks. I went for a certain atmosphere and because I needed a cute gift for someone but they way I was treated...I could have just gone anywhere else and would have paid waaaaaaay less for bad service and disappointment.

This location is adding tips without permission for drive thru customers. This is theft your employees are stealing from your customers! I will be reporting this to the BBB as well as starbucks corporate.

Dirty and sticky on counter. Tables need to be wiped down. Espresso is mid. You mostly get milk and ice.

This Starbucks location should discontinue any contracts they have with food delivery services. I deliver for Uber eats, every time I come here to pick up an order I end up canceling it due to not receiving an service from the staff and the order appearing to be not ready which leads to excessive wait time.

So dirty and cluttered with trash, restroom, behind the counter, and in the dining area. Seems on point with every other Starbucks, so not surprised, just disgusted and increasingly more resistant to doing business with Starbucks in general.

Any time I come and Anthony makes my drink, it is a 10/10. Not to mention, he is so nice and fun to talk to.
