Tonight I order on the app, and the app said my order was ready. I get to the store and the female behind the register was so rude, said my order just came through, all while rolling her neck. I had my family sitting out in the car so I stayed inside and ask the female why all the attitude, I’m just trying to get food. I came here to say customer service has really gotten to the point where people don’t even want to go to a business because the workers mistreat people so bad. This is very unacceptable for paying customers when all we do is order via the app. I haven’t even got home to see what she through together because I couldn’t even walk out the door before she turned the lights out to close.

Google says this establishment closes at 10 at 8:30pm the doors are locked down like Fort Knox. I assume this subway closes not by a scheduled time but when ever that are ready to be done and go home. They even have their open sign ON but are actually anything but open.

Good Afternoon I come to get a sub from this place and it’s a older lady with blue long nails on making sandwiches for a call in order… I waited until she got finished so I could order because I do understand with the call in orders .. She ask me can I help I proceeded and told her what I wanted .. She has a nasty attitude should I meant then this is my second time coming in subway and she has this attitude… So Now She just throwing the vegetables on the sandwich and I’m telling her what I wanted.. I End up telling her don’t worry about the sandwich cause it got worst as I told her what I wanted on my sandwich.. If She don’t want to be at work she should not be … And working with customers is a no for her this is my second encounter with her and I went and got my food the first time but this time I didn’t … y’all really need to get her out you guys place if businesses…. Please call me manger if u need too speak with me personally.. Brittany C..

I just ordered online, the meat on my sandwich was warm/hot and slimy even though I didn't get it toasted. I tried to call 3 times to no answer, I guess I'm out 10 bucks.

It’s 12 O’clock Saturday afternoon July 29The person working there today refused to serve customers or make customers food and then turned around and meet us leave.But served one person before us they thought it was more important to be on the telephone saying they didn’t have time for us and make us leave.I don’t like to complain about things but this seems to be the perfect opportunity to do so whoever owns the store or whoever is in charge today I hope they see this and fix the problem that is going on in this location.The person working was rude refused to make food and told us we weren’t in as important as the phone she was using

I went there and I was blown away by the brown cucumbers,old mushy tomatoes, brown lettuce. The girl that worked there accommodate me by pushing that old mess around to find some better pieces. I know when that manager guy left that store to make that deposit he left that mess in there for his customers. I guess the almighty dollar is more important than customer satisfaction. Never will I spend my hard earn money at that location again. # get it together

I believe I was subjected to racial profiling by an employee named "Daniel" at this store. When I entered, I greeted Daniel with a smile, but I noticed a significant amount of negativity and anger on her face. I assumed she might be having a bad day and continued to be respectful. However, Daniel's behavior towards me remained rude and disrespectful. I decided to maintain my composure and limit my communication with her.Interestingly, when another lady entered the store, Daniel's demeanor suddenly changed. They became friendly and attentive, offering her services and greeting her warmly. It was evident to me that there was a noticeable difference in the way I was treated compared to the other customer.I would like to note that this incident took place on June 23rd, 2023, between 20:38 and 20:49 local time. I encourage the store management to review the security camera footage and listen to the interaction to gain further insight into the situation.

I would rather travel 200 miles to another subway or order food from hell than go to this place and experience the service that was provided. If you want your food mixed up and poor service this is the place for you. Ps. Long finger nails can still puncture gloves very easily, being in fast food you should already know this.

The old lady who works as cashier is very rude and doesn't even respond to customers and speak very rudely.I will never ever visit this store in my life. Shame on
