Pulled up to this TMobile to get helped with an issue. The store is said to close at 5:30p.m. However when I parked my car at 4:58p.m. there was an employee inside walking around with the doors already locked. If this is the service I can expect at this location, I will take my business elsewhere.

They billed me for extra 2 months after i switched carrier to Verizon .I have been with them for 6 years and I had them on auto pay .I tried to speak with customer service but to no avail. Their agents are somewhere in India and you can't reason with them .This company is a scam. I will never join T-Mobile again even if it is free. I also had so many drop calls and bad reception.

I would not go to this store since they only give you part of the informaiton about a phone trade in/upgrade. Was told the new phones would cost $130.00 each by the salemans but when I got home and logged into my T-Mobile account and saw the documents he didn't show me and found out the phones were going to cost $630 each, I was not pleased. I call and talked to the saleman who lied to me and said he went over everything with me, which he didn't, I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told there was not one there and was then hung up on. I called back a few minutes later and asked to talk to a supervisor and the assistant manager asnswered the phone. She told me they had video of all transaction and she would setup a meeting for Tuesday since the manager was out until Monday and she would be out Monday. Called and talked to the manager on Monday and she took all the informaiton and said she would call me back. Neither called me back. On Wednesday I showed up at the store and explained everything to the manager and assistant manager they didn't seem to care and only asked if I wanted to return the phones. If I could give them a 0 stars for customer service I would.

Where do I even began,I went into the store to transfer over from Verizon I got you all latest phone with all the accessories and trimmings. In the process of getting the phone they system glitched while my card was in the reader and canceled everything. I was then instructed to check my account of course nothing was pending. The agent went in and scanned everything back over with the correct price and I proceeded to check out. After leaving the store on a holiday weekend. I got to my next destination which is about 25min from the store. I opened my account to make a transfer and then saw where I was charged twice and both transactions had been processed through. And my account was now in the negative. Quickly I notified the store and the agent who processed my order. She then instructed me to call customer care line and let them know because it’s a Saturday and she knows the bank is closed. I then told I would, I get on the phone with customer care they then instruct me to go to the store because it’s nothing on my account showing the amount that I speak of. I then stress to them that this has put me in financial distress. They tell me to dispute with my bank it’s nothing they do for something that’s not showing up. They have successfully took a total of 526.05. And I will now have to wait 30 days or more to get the situation resolved. This situation has been prolonged for days and days and still no resolution. The people at the store knew exactly what happened and didn’t even try to call customer care to better explain. They are leaving this situation out to dry sort to speak. And making it seem like it’s a lie. I’ve shown bank statement’s transactions ID numbers and still nothing. All because they can’t see it. And I lack full support of store staff members who was involved. And was present and knew what took place. The only recommendation the manager had was to bring all the stuff back. That’s not going to solve the fact that y’all system took money. At this point y’all will just be refunding what I actually authorized. But I’m stating all this to make clear. Be carful when making purchases in this store with your card. Because once they have the money it’s hard to get it back especially if it’s a system error.

The customer service I got today was spectacular! Darius did a phenomenal job!! He was able to walk me through the process to port three lines and get all the perks I qualified for! I'm happy I switched!

Tmobile assured me I would have service in the city I live in. I do not. They make it damn near impossible to pay off and purchase your device to change cell phone providers. You cannot pay it off over the phone or online. Bottom line I shouldn't have to drive 30 minutes out of my way to come into the store and make a payment when I'm unhappy with their service. The managers response was well rules are rules....I can't wait to be done with T-Mobile.

Employees here do not care one bit about customer service. Customer support told me that I could return my internet router to the store for faster processing but when I get to the store they said they couldn't do anything without the receipt. Who keeps receipts from 6 months ago? I called customer support again and they said that store employees were not being truthful and they should have pulled up my account to complete the return in store. I mentioned the Montgomery, AL (Atlanta highway) store and he said, yeah he heard about them before and several other complaints. Seems like such a headache to have to deal with these store level lazy jerks, too bad there isn't any accountability at the store level.I had to get another return shipping label from customer service because the original email with return information was not received.I love T-Mobile but will be going to another store where they care about doing the job they are paid for and taking care of customers.

This was my second time going into this location on ATL Hwy/Bell Road. The associates were so friendly and helpful, especially the manager and Darius B!! I went in to get my new phone properly activated and info/apps from old phone, pulled over to new device; even though it took some time, he was so patient, kind, competent and reassuring. I definitely left the store feeling very pleased! Thank you!
