As a longtime regular customer of Talbots, I’ve always appreciated the brand’s high-quality materials, elegant designs, and wide selection of petite sizes. I typically shop online, but this time, I decided to stop by the EastChase Mall location to try things on in person—and I’m so glad I did.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Nancy B., whose service was nothing short of exceptional. With a warm, welcoming smile, she quickly understood my preferences and sizing needs. What truly stood out was her attention to detail—even calling to double-check my size—and her ability to recommend the perfect items with ease and confidence.
Despite spending over an hour in the store, Nancy remained consistently kind, energetic, and incredibly helpful. Thanks to her deep product knowledge and genuinely customer-focused attitude, I ended up purchasing more than I had planned, all with complete satisfaction and no pressure.
Nancy turned an ordinary shopping visit into a delightful experience, and I sincerely thank her for her professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend her to anyone visiting the store—you’ll be in excellent hands.

The employees are Talbots models....that's just my opinion.
The staff is well knowledgeable of the fit and style of clothing. I love this Talbots!!!

Got hired by them and was told to come to talk about me starting and I came on the day I chose and the manager that hired me wasn’t there she got the days mixed up and I was like ok that’s fine and so they called her and she said that she will call me when she’s back in and I went home and waited and she never called so I started to call them myself and I called for days and it was always busy so it was unfair to me because I missed out on other job opportunities thinking that I got hired by them and they couldn’t even call or answer the phone to give me any intel

While en route to Point Clear for a wedding this store came to my rescue! I needed to exchange the skirt I was wearing for a wedding and the loveliest person, Nancy, answered my call and held the skirt in my size until I arrived. She even assisted me with a back up top purchase and steamed my skirt. I was able to use their clean bathroom and get back in the highway. They were a blessing as the Birmingham store wouldn’t even answer my call this morning. Thank you Nancy!!!!

This is my wife's "go-to" store for ladies clothing & accessories. The selection is great, the quality is excellent, and the staff is very professional, pleasant, and attentive. In fact, my wife received a very nice personalized note from one of the associates in the mail today.
