I lovvvve how spacious my apartment is. Most fixtures are relatively updated maintenance is very responsive and there is an in unit washer/dryer connection. That said, there are issues. It's an older apartment and overall they do a good job of keeping it up but the bathrooms could seriously use a renovation. They spray painted the tubs in my unit and the paint is peeling and no matter how often and well I clean them they look grundgey and it makes them peel more. Also it is very conveniently located to downtown (which is great!) but very closely located to Ann Street. I am not pleased with security here. They say they have a company but I never see them patrolling, it isn't gated, there is now only one entrance and exit and there have been several incidents that unfortunately may cause me to move if they do not improve security.

Staff VERY unprofessional. Overpriced apartments with no security!! crime every weekend and they just so happen to never have surveillance footage would give ZERO stars if I could .

Ms. Que and Ricky are GREAT!! They both are always willing to go over and beyond for the residents. They keep you informed about everything going on with the property!

Very spacious, very renovated, & very quiet property. I love the office staff, they are so sweet. Grass always cut, amenities always accessible, Garbage always empty and work orders be completed same day if not less than 24hrs. I've stayed in the two and three bedrooms units. I thought my 2br was huge 😌 my 3br was big like a house ( not exaggerating) love it here.

Great living place , nice spacious apartments & very quiet neighborhood , office staff is amazing . Never have call twice about any work orders I have ever put in !

I absolutely love my apartment, been living out here for several years . Any maintenance I request is handled properly and fast. The only problem I have is not enough parking.

Front office is very responsive and very accommodating when its comes to needs and requests, only problem is there are alot of potholes throughout the complex.

I moved here almost two years now. Love the new management with Ms Que and Ricky also the new maintenance men. All issues are addressed immediately. They are doing a great job!

I have lived out here for about 2 years now..The office staff Que and Ricky are so WONDERFUL AND AWESOME.My office staff always on POINT WHEN FIXING WORK ORDERS IN MY APARTMENT. I love the APARTMENT COMPLEX, IT IS SO QUIET,GATED,AND A GREAT COMMUNITY TO RESIDE IN.

We’ve lived out here for 2 years now! The new staff is amazing and has fixed so many things so quickly. Que in the office is so sweet! It’s quiet and we’ve never had any issues with neighbors.

Gatsby at Midtown is the place to be and live. Mrs. Q is the lady you need to speak with. She makes sure me and all the residents are taken care of. Don’t listen or pay attention to reviews come check it out yourself and you won’t regret it. People always have negative things to say but don’t communicate to make things better. Y’all have a good day ?
